Since the early 90's Ron has released over 200 songs through solo CDs and DVDs, and digital releases. He's had numerous appearances on compilation CDs and as a guest performer for other artists, appeared on magazine covers, and as a soloist toured internationally headlining venues and guitar festivals. In 2008 Ron released the "Abnormal" album, described as "Sex Pistols meets Queen, with innovative guitar and a quirky Zappa-esque twist..." In 2011 he released a song a month that included transcriptions, alternate mixes and recording stems, as an innovative way to release singles.
As a child, Ron would play Bach pieces with his feet. Today, his guitar-work can be heard on Guns N' Roses' Chinese Democracy album, the theme of VH1's "That Metal Show", the Latin acoustic guitar on Jessica Simpson's "Irresistible" dance mix, and CNN-Turkey station IDs to name a few. Live, he's just as diverse, whether touring the world with GNR or at local fundraisers (notably performing with Nancy Sinatra, Cyndi Lauper, composer Fahir Atakoglu, and jazz legend Allen Toussaint.)
A record producer and songwriter for artists and publishing companies often working out of his own studio in Princeton NJ, Ron has written theme songs and background music for shows that include So You Think You Can Dance, Oprah Winfrey, Tom Brokaw, Anthony Bourdan, MTV, VH1, MuchMusic, FuseTV, CW, SpikeTV, Oxygen, E!, A&E, ESPN, UFC, WWE, NFL, MLB, NBC, PBS, and SEGA, SSI and Atari videogames.
Ron is a Professor at SUNY Purchase College teaching music production, does guitar clinics around the world, and writes articles for music magazines. He is a volunteer for many charities such as Musicians On Call visiting sick children in hospitals and the MS Research Foundation, a non-profit organization that donates funds directly to Multiple Sclerosis research.

From all them 'mazing things your hips can do
Hey sweet Daisy - I'm crazy over you
Britney sweet as can be I see you but ya don't see me
Jenni Love from Heaven above I'd lie if I said I could get enough
I got me a girl to touch and feel, but I'm not so sure I know what's real
I don't wanna see her - I got no time
While she's sitting and waiting I'm home masturbating
And I can't get the girlie-girls outta my mind
And I really don't wanna try
Ya make me break - ya take my mind and crack-ack-a
I banga ya dor ba nombody home I ba-ba-ba
I locoll ya da fone no tone I rong-ong-a
Ya make me crazy - make me wanna come for ya
Don't push me hard I might crack-ack-a
I'm fallin' hard for ya keep me comin' back-ack-a
I'm crunchin' all the time - I can't ignore ya
Been crunchin' myself blind from the first time I saw ya
I don't wanna see her - I got no time
I wouldn't wanna be her - I got no time
While she's sitting and waiting I'm home masturbating
And I can't get the girlie-girls outta my mind
And I think I'd rather fuckin' die
Ya make me break - ya take my mind and crack-ack-a
I banga ya dor ba nombody home I ba-ba-ba
I locoll ya da fone no tone I rong-ong-a
Ya make me crazy - make me wanna come for ya
Don't push me hard I might crack-ack-a
I'm fallin' hard for ya keep me comin' back-ack-a
I'm crunchin' all the time - I can't ignore ya
Been crunchin' myself blind from the first time I saw ya
I had to quit my job so I could live like I'm underground
'Cause I found out the world is made of string
Everything
Deprivate 'till I start to rotate in my seat
Pick and scrape at one piece sweaty scalp yellowmeat
'Cause I found out the world is made of string
Everything
Crunchin' time cruchin' blind crunchin' pieces of stable mind
Lifted hard broken scabs - saw a piece of the bigger map
Pulled my cock 'till it broke - all that mattered was just a joke
'Cause I found out the world is made of string
Everything
The lyrics to Bumblefoot's song Crunch are a mixture of desperation, lust, and dissatisfaction. The singer expresses his infatuation with a woman named Daisy and how difficult it is to get her out of his mind. He mentions other women that he finds attractive but cannot have. The chorus repeats the lines "I don't wanna see her, I got no time, I wouldn't wanna be her, I got no time" which illustrates his need to avoid commitment and his prioritization of his own pleasure.
The second half of the song takes a darker turn as the singer describes his inability to cope with the world around him. He admits to quitting his job to escape reality, and describes himself picking and scratching at his own head. The repetition of "I found out the world is made of string, everything" suggests a loss of control and understanding of his own life.
Overall, the song portrays the struggle to find meaning and happiness in a world that seems chaotic and unfulfilling. The singer's fixation on Daisy and other women becomes a distraction from his larger struggles, and his actions become self-destructive.
