Ayei ye..
Aye yei yei yei
Ayei ye..
Vamo’ Johnny
Aye yei yei yei

Se invento la formulita
Negro, Blanco y Taino
Formaron raza bendita
Y hoy no existe rincón
Que no conozca a mi gente
Ay grítalo al mundo fuerte
Y que siempre nos recuerden
Somos..
Dominicano
Lucha mi hermano
Para que la gente sienta
Tu estirpe Quisqueyano.
Dominicano:
Gente sonriente
Pueblo de dignidad
Y de corazón ardiente.
(aye yei yei yei
Ayei ye..
Aye yei yei yei
Ayei ye..
Oye que rico Chichi
Yo lo toy’ bailando.
Aye yei yei yei

Hay dime de corazón
Si sientes una cosquillita
Cuando de tu nación
Se dicen cosas muy bonitas.
Oye dominicano…
Donde quiera que te encuentres
Lleva tu patria en alto
Y que siempre tenlo presente
Eres…
Dominicano:
Alma sincera
De playa azul turquesa
Que baila donde quiera.
Dominicano:
Gente bonita
Tierra amada por Dios
Y eso nadie no los quita.
Don Johnny me siento orgulloso de llevar mi dominicanldad con usted.
Feliz estoy yo Chichi por que tu tienes las raíces.
La gente pregunta por que estoy sonriente
Es por que yo vengo de tierra caliente.
Me siento orgulloso soy dominicano
Y hasta que yo muera sere Quisqueyano.
La gente pregunta por que voy sonriente
