Coby, jesi ti radio traku

Popilo se noćas, mama
Još jedna zora iznad grada, mama, grada
Telefon meni stalno zvoni
Al' nije ona - zovu Džek i Džoni, zvoni

Popilo se noćas, mama
Još jedna zora iznad grada, mama, grada
Telefon meni stalno zvoni
Al' nije ona - zovu Džek i Džoni, zvoni

Džek i Džoni, Džek i Džek i Džoni
Džek i Džoni, Džek i Džek i Džoni
Džek i Džoni, Džek i Džek i Džoni
Džek i Džoni, zovu Džek i Džoni

Džek i Džoni večeras me tješe
Jer oko srca večeras me steže
Dao bih sve da me nazove
Jer zbog nje bih došo na drugi kraj grada i pješke
Stiže poziv, kažem: Bože, daj pomozi
Kažem: "Halo", čujem samo: "Ovdje Džek i Džoni", 'ajmo

Popilo se noćas, mama
Još jedna zora iznad grada, mama, grada
Telefon meni stalno zvoni
Al' nije ona - zovu Džek i Džoni, zvoni

Popilo se noćas, mama
Još jedna zora iznad grada, mama, grada
Telefon meni stalno zvoni
Al' nije ona - zovu Džek i Džoni, zvoni

Džek i Džoni, Džek i Džek i Džoni
Džek i Džoni, Džek i Džek i Džoni
Džek i Džoni, Džek i Džek i Džoni
Džek i Džoni, zovu Džek i Džoni

Ajde, zovi trubače, 'ajde, obuci se kraće
Ajde, Carolina Herrera, Manolo, Margiela ili Versace
Stiže poziv, kažem: Bože, daj pomozi
Kažem "Halo", čujem samo "Ovdje Džek i Džoni", 'ajmo

Popilo se noćas, mama
Još jedna zora iznad grada, mama, grada
Telefon meni stalno zvoni
Al' nije ona - zovu Džek i Džoni, zvoni

Popilo se noćas, mama
Još jedna zora iznad grada, mama, grada

Overall Meaning

In "Dzek I Dzoni," Coby recounts the story of a night out where he's had too much to drink and can't stop thinking about a girl who he wishes would call him. The song opens with Coby wondering if his crush has heard his music on the radio before admitting that he's been drinking all night. He notes that the sun is coming up over the city, and his phone is ringing off the hook. Unfortunately, it's not the girl he's hoping to hear from; instead, it's "Dzek i Dzoni" calling. The two men seem to be trying to cheer him up as he sings about wanting to hear from the girl and promising to go to great lengths to get to her if she does call. Throughout the song, Coby interjects with "Dzek i Dzoni," creating something of a chant. By the end, he's ventured out into town with "Carolina Herrera, Manolo, Margiela ili Versace." and still waiting for the girl to call.

The song's lyrics describe the all-too-familiar experience of longing for someone who doesn't yet return your affections. Coby reflects on the pain that comes with unrequited love, and the lengths people will go to try to make themselves feel better. As he longs for his crush to call him, he's distracted by the frequent interruptions of his phone ringing with calls from two men named "Dzek i Dzoni." Ultimately, however, he remains hopeful that his crush will notice him and decide to reach out.
