Since the release of the eponymous debut album Conjure One in 2002, Conjure One has produced three albums to date, including Extraordinary Ways in 2005 and Exilarch in 2010, all published through Nettwerk. The albums see Fulber collaborate with various guest vocalists, including Chemda, Poe, Sinéad O'Connor, and Jaren, while the latter two records have also featured backup vocals and bass performances by Leah Randi.
Conjure One's work has also been featured in commercial media, with the single Tears from the Moon feat. Sinéad O'Connor making an appearance on the film soundtrack Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life. In addition, the single Center of the Sun has also made a vague appearance in the film X2: X-Men United, where it plays in the background of the scene with Collosus and Flea drawing and making fun of Rogue and Bobby, who are about to kiss.

Forever Lost
Conjure One Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
So many promises
Heard all the lies
I've heard all the things you've said
Truth is like a fear; fear of heaven
Truth, your only fear; fear of heaven
And now I don't know
Give me something
Forever lost in all I try
Give me something
So hard we try
Sold on your promises
Laid on the line
Lay out the trauma there for me
Truth is like a fear; fear of heaven
Truth ain't always clear; clear like heaven
And now I don't know
The highs and lows
Give me something
Forever lost in all I've tried
Give me something
And now I don't know
How much I show
All the wrong things
Forever lost in all I try
We're after the same thing
And I don't know
The highs and lows
Give me something
Forever lost in all I try
Give me something
Give me something...
The lyrics to Conjure One's song "Forever Lost" appear to be about a relationship that has been broken by lies and false promises. The singer suggests that the truth is like a fear, a fear of heaven, and that the person they are singing to is only afraid of the truth. The singer is tired of trying and being lost in their endeavors. The line "Give me something" suggests that they are looking for a resolution, something that can help them move forward from the hurt and pain they have been subjected to.
The lyrics also suggest that the person the singer is addressing is not candid but rather manipulative, convinced that they can control the relationship by selling and promising things they cannot deliver. The repeated phrase "truth is like a fear" emphasizes the idea of truth being a feared concept. The lines "Truth, your only fear; fear of heaven" may suggest that the person being addressed is more afraid of judgment in the afterlife than the repercussions of their actions in the present, potentially highlighting a religious element in the song.
Overall, the song seems to be about someone who has been hurt and is unsure of how to proceed. They are seeking answers and resolution, but are constantly struggling and feeling lost in the process.
