(1) Born to Puerto Rican parents in New York City, Corina Katt Ayala recorded her first Freestyle hit, Out of Control, while still in College. This was followed up with a string of increasingly successful dance singles, one of which, 1991's Temptation, peaked at #6 on the U.S. Billboard Top 100 charts. Also in 1991, her self titled debut album was released on Atco Records.
Ayala has also appeared in a small number of movies, most recently 2005's Fortunes.

Odata cu albumui IMI PLACE β¦TOT !, Corina a inceput ore de coregrafie avandu-l drept profesor pe CRBL de la Simplu si sa se pregateasca intens pentru concertele ce vor urma.
Schimbarea nu a venit fara munca. Multa munca de studio pentru pregatirea albumului, ore lungi de coregrafie, filmarea, deloc usoara a unui videoclip in luna decembrie (pe 24 decembrie mai exact) , la aproape -15 grade Celsius.
In toamna anului 2005 Corina a lansat cel de-al doilea single de pe albumul IMI PLACE β¦TOT, βFara tineβ. βFara tineβ s-a bucurat de un mare succes in randul ascultatorilor de radio iar clipul a rulat saptamani intregi pe Tv.
