Looking on the bright side, Robbie Fist is blessed by God in many ways. Yes, I remember Robbie appearing on the Brady Bunch back in the day. As time moved on, Robbie Fist made his debut on many programs and received recognition for his talents. God has been steering Robbie Fist's footsteps in the right direction always.

Robbie was/is a cool dude. He was always a better musician than an actor. Haven't spoken to him in years, but somewhere in my life I still have a copy of his original demo "Radio Dream". It was High School garage stuff, but it was tight, and the talent was obvious. Best wishes Robbie. Hope life is well

the last time i saw my favorite band live. Too Much Joy in San Diego in 1997 in a bar. the opening band was good and i noticed in between acts both lead singers were talking much. Somebody told me that the lead singer for the warmup band was Cousin Oliver on Brady Bunch. made since. looked like a grown up Cousin Oliver. they both put on great shows.

He was "the McDonald's commercial kid" for several appearances before this show! There was a combination of bad things going on in season five unfortunately that didn't get helped with his character like really terrible writing!! The jokes and expressions the kids started to use made them look like they had forgotten how to be funny and natural anymore! There was another attempt at distracting how much older all of the kids were getting with that dull spinoff attempt they tried with the Kelly family! Adding Oliver next to Cindy as she towered over him in height also didn't do much to preserve her "cute youngest Brady" image either!

When I first saw Cousin Oliver appear, I thought he was just going to appear in one episode but instead appears a few more episodes prior to the show ending, I didn't like that. Now I know how people feel about Scrappy-Doo being introduced in Scooby-Doo, but I'm one of the people who enjoyed him. There are other characters introduced in later seasons better than Cousin Oliver, like I enjoyed Nicky and Alex's introductions in Full House and enjoyed Joe Pritchett's introduction in Modern Family. Currently watching Family Matters and I know that one kid called 3J gets adopted by the Winslow family, I'm gonna have to see what that kid is like.

I didn't hate him. The 1st episode he was in I felt sorry for all the bad luck he had until the end of the episode. Now I saw series in original run, then re-runs after school. So, Yeahhhhh! My whole life. I'm glad he and Susan clicked. Also glad he stayed sober. Hollywood can be a 'trap'. I'm sure he's still touring + put out new music. Like to see him with Billy Mumy.

Also the shows cancellation had nothing to do with the addition of Oliver. The show, in it's original run was never a top 30 hit. It was only in syndicated afternoon reruns that TBB finally got some real recognition, and gained a huge following that continues to this day.

Ok. In a way, you could call me somewhat of a Johnny-come-lately to the show. I've been watching it pretty much my entire life, but was only 2 when it went off the air. So, I just mean that I wasn't part of the original viewing audience, as it premiered 2 years before I was even born. I first remember watching it when I was anywhere from 4-6. The point I'm trying to make is that I never understood the problem with Cousin Oliver, and that perhaps you have to have been with the show during it's initial run to understand this. What I find bizarre is the whole life imitating art situation, here. In real life, some people seem to blame the show's demise on Cousin Oliver. Meanwhile, in the world of the show, every time Cousin Oliver made an appearance, some calamity seemed to occur, and the whole thing was always blamed, from start to finish, entirely on him. Not fussing, just noting this odd situation.

Yes I recall first seeing the episodes of Cousin Oliver when they first came out along with how in the last episode Bob Reed didn't appear and it was said,he had to be out of town and on The Nick @Nite Trivia Calendar it also told how he was Abhorred by the episode's content and so he refused to appear and if there were a 6th Season to follow then he'd have been written out.
