Mintiendo Con La Verdad

Yeah eh eh eh
Uh oh oh oh oh
Yeah eh
Se rumora por el barrio
Muchas cosas que no he hecho
Pero salgo en mi defensa
Pido ayuda
Soy inocente y tú me quieres culpar
Soy inocente y tú me quieres culpar
Soy inocente y tú me quieres culpar
Estoy mintiendo, mintiendo con la verdad
Uh oh oh oh oh
Yeah eh eh eh
Uh oh oh oh oh
Yeah eh
Soy inocente y tú me quieres culpar
Soy inocente y tú me quieres culpar
Soy inocente y tú me quieres culpar
Estoy mintiendo, mintiendo con la verdad
Uh oh oh oh oh
Yeah eh eh eh
Uh oh oh oh oh
Yeah eh
Soy inocente y tú me quieres culpar
Soy inocente y tú me quieres culpar
Soy inocente y tú me quieres culpar
Estoy mintiendo, mintiendo con la verdad
Uh oh oh oh oh
Yeah eh eh eh
Uh oh oh oh oh
Yeah eh
The song "Mintiendo Con La Verdad" by Daddy Yankee is a song about a man who is being falsely accused of something he didn't do. He lives in a neighborhood where rumors and lies are spread about him, and he feels like he needs to defend himself. He proclaims his innocence and asks for the benefit of the doubt. He feels like he is his own lawyer, and the people who are accusing him are like prosecutors. He asks his loved one to be the judge of his case, and he hopes that she will see through the lies and realize that he is innocent. The song ends with a plea to remember that trust is like the soul, and once it's gone, it can never be regained.
