People say that the chalk lines from a crime scene are still visible.

The living room is where the crime scene occurred.

A sure sign that somebody must've died there
The chalk lines are a clear indication that death occurred in this room.

I think they said it was a bride and a groom
It is believed that a husband and wife were the victims who died in the living room.

And I guess they both died tryin' to run for the stairs
It is supposed that they perished while trying to escape and reach the stairs.

I don't care, shoot me a price
I do not care about the cost of the house.

I want to move in quick
I want to relocate soon.

I want to sleep with the bodies while the blood still drips
I would like to reside in a place where the crime scene is still active and recent.

Despite an attempt to have the house blessed by a priest, the house remains cursed.

The priest that visited the house had been guilty of sexual misconduct with minors.

And that's just the beginning
This is only the start of the horrors within the hell house.

Cause other shelves are stacked with plates
The shelves are filled with plates.

And they spinnin' on them
The plates begin to move and spin on their own.

And I heard the drawers open and knives get to flinging
Drawers are said to be opening, and knives begin to fly about.

The folks that stayed here got seventeen in them
The previous residents of the house were met with a harsh fate.

This was done to hide the evidence of past rituals and violent acts.

A chain and padlock were placed on the cellar door to keep it from being opened.

This is hell house ain't no chains or paint stopping the shit that lurk
In the case of hell house, chains and paint cannot prevent the looming terror contained within.

And lives inside the dirt
These horrors reside within the depths of the earth.

Don't say it's a tall tale
It is not appropriate to dismiss these experiences as mere stories and not credible happenings.

That's why they call it hell house
This is why the house has been labeled as hell house; due to the horrors that occurred within.

And it's always for sale
Despite everything that has happened within the house, it is constantly being put up for sale.

I here the backyard's a cemetery of bodies
It is widely believed that the backyard serves as a cemetery for the victims' bodies.

And if it rains hard enough you see the top of their noggins
During a heavy rain, the top of the buried bodies' heads can be seen above the ground.

They got trees that they hung bodies from
Within the yard, there are trees that were utilized for hanging the corpses.

Some nights I hear a gurgle, a gasp, and ropes tightening
Occasionally during the night, sounds of struggle and ropes being pulled tight can be heard.

There's always vultures circling in the sky
Vultures are often seen flying around and circling above the house.

And the sun never shines, house covered in vines
The sun is never visible due to the thick vines surrounding the house.

And the smell coming outta that yard would choke a pig
The scent originating from the yard is strong enough to choke a pig to death.

I skateboard back and forth smoking a dew
Despite the ominous environment, the subject remains relatively relaxed and can be found skateboarding and smoking marijuana on occasion.
