Chapel Of Love
Darlene Love Lyrics

Gonna get married
Goin' to the chapel and we're
Gonna get married
Gee, I really love you and we're
Gonna get married
Goin' to the chapel of love
Spring is here, the sky is blue
Whoa, birds all sing as if they knew
Today's the day we'll say, "I do"
And we'll never be lonely anymore
Because we're
Goin' to the chapel and we're
Gonna get married
Goin' to the chapel and we're
Gonna get married
Gee, I really love you and we're
Gonna get married
Goin' to the chapel of love
Bells will ring, the sun will shine
Whoa, I'll be his and he'll be mine
We'll love until the end of time
And we'll never be lonely anymore
Because we're
Goin' to the chapel and we're
Gonna get married
Goin' to the chapel and we're
Gonna get married
Gee, I really love you and we're
Gonna get married
Goin' to the chapel of love
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah
Goin' to the chapel of love
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah
Goin' to the chapel of love

Darlene, you'll go down in history as the most under-acknowledged, most talented R&B singer I've ever heard.

I wish this version would've been released in the 1960's. This song is very cool. Maybe some movie director will put this version in his/her next movie

A little late on the reply but I actually put this song as the credits song for my Short Mob Film.
Colin Carroll
You'll find it on Back To Mono box set

Love this rendition! She really makes it a completely different song than the Dixie Cups' terrific hit version. Although the Ronettes' recording is well known, did the actual (La La-fronted) Crystals also record this? Thanks
History Repeating
I’m pretty sure they didn’t record a studio version, I think by the time this song was around Phil had started to loose interest in the crystals. By 64 they had no more hits, and originally Da Doo Ron Ron was supposed to be for Darlene Love
