Playing over 100 shows during their first year of touring, the band created a seamless, exhilarating sound at the intersection of rock, classical, and folk music. Oddly enough I was driving from Colorado to California last year and was struck with awe while passing from Colorado to New Mexico. A few hours later I heard this song for the first time and it was surreal to hear that lyric after I had just passed that point
