The only change in the band's lineup was the addition of the American vocalist Michael Vescera (Loudness, Yngwie Malmsteen) in the Dr. Sin II times (2000). Vescera only remained in the band for a short time as he soon left the band to start his own solo project.
The band has released a total of 10 albums, including American/Japanese/European versions and singles. They released Listen to the Doctors, in 2005, an album that contains only covers songs with the word "Doctor" in their titles. In 2007, the band released Bravo, after almost seven years without any new songs released.

War
Dr. Sin Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
The horrors of war
Drawn into the fight without
Knowing what for
Think for yourself
Or they'll think for you
Killing and dying
The nations are crying
Whatever they're trying to sell
I'm not buying
Don't drop your guard
Or you're gonna get hurt
These lyrics are a gentle reminder to the young generation about the horrors of war, which they may not have witnessed, but they can read in history books. The artist urges everyone to think for themselves, instead of letting others make decisions for them. The lyrics suggest that wars cause a lot of pain and suffering, leading to the crying of the nations. The artist's refusal to buy into whatever they're trying to sell is a reflection of their commitment to holding on to their values and beliefs. Finally, the lyrics advise everyone never to let their guard down and be extra cautious, or they may end up getting hurt.
