Traversant une ville
Comme un voleur sortant de l’ombre
La nuit, je te vois en songe
La nuit, tu me hantes
Tu m’épuises, tu me tentes
Comment faire taire cette voix dans ma tête
Comment faire taire cette voix dans ma tête
Comment faire taire cette voix dans ma tête

The lyrics to Dumas's song Ville fantôme describes a dream or a recurring thought that the singer has. The song starts with "La nuit, je te vois en songe" which means "At night, I see you in a dream." The singer then describes the setting of the dream by saying "Traversant une ville" which means "Walking through a city." The dream is so vivid that the singer can see the person they are thinking about as if they were really there, "Comme un voleur sortant de l'ombre" which means "Like a thief coming out of the shadows."
The rest of the song focuses on the singer's internal struggle with their thoughts, specifically their thoughts about this person. The singer says "La nuit, tu me hantes" which means "At night, you haunt me." They are constantly thinking about this person, and it is taking a toll on them. The singer goes on to say that they are tired and tempted by these thoughts, and they don't know how to make them stop. The repetition of "Comment faire taire cette voix dans ma tête" which means "How do I silence this voice in my head" emphasizes the internal conflict that the singer is experiencing.
Overall, Ville fantôme is a song about the struggle of letting go of someone, and the difficulty of controlling our thoughts and emotions.
