"Let me through" Alyssa pleaded, as the angel banged her fist on the giant door.
"A bargain was made, a bargain is held, what else do you have to sell?" the door boomed back.
The skeletons adorning it cackle as one extends its hand towards her for an offering.
" I have nothing more to give!" she cries.
"For your fallen brothers life, provide me means of heaven's flight"
Alyssa shudders and steps back, recoiling her wings. "You cannot have them"
The skeleton's hand slowly retracts back into the wall, and the cackling dies down.
Door, "So he stays, be on your way"
Her brother's screams reverberate through the walls, as the sick sound of tearing flesh ensues.
"N...No....", she whimpers, falling down to her knees and crying.
The sounds change to bones being contorted and snapping. His screams grow louder.
The angel covers her face with her hands and whispers, "Take them"
His screams stop, only to be replaced by the deafening cackling of skulls across the wall. Skeleton hands extend from it to grab her wings, tightening into a death grip. They tear her wings off, pulling them into the wall where the skulls gnaw and rip them to shreds. She screams to the heavens but there is no answer, and flames burst from her back from where her wings were before.
Door, "A bargain is made, and a bargain is held, now you too remain in hell"
The wall rearranges itself as the skeletons make way and push her brother out. A fallen angel. His wingless body already rife with hell's corruption spreading through it.
"I'm here my love", she says as she embraces and kisses him.
"You shouldn't have come..." he says in a weak voice as his hand brushes her hair aside and gently strokes her cheek.
He turns his head to the door and says, "I have one last bargain"

"I beg my Godess, grant my this one wish". Her voice was broken and small as she begged for the means to save her love, "Let me have vengeance on my enemies, grant me the means to get back what is mine, to set things right"
But silence was her reply. She fell to the floor,weak with anger and rage for the pain she must suffer, the hopelessness she must carry.
"Goddess grant me justice" she finally screamed,tears running down her delicate cheeks, burning like fire.
"They can not have him, he belongs to me"
But the halls was empty and no ears will listen to her sorrow.
Then the Godess looked down at her and asked"What shall you give me if I grant your wish girl?" "What do you possible have that I may desire?".
She shot up and without hesitation she answered "my soul".
"Then I will except your sacrifice, you shall be mine and for that I shall grant you the means to save him".
Pain shot up her back and fire burned as wings started to appear.
She crumbled before the Godess, screams of pure agony ripping throu the temple as she became her worst fear, her own enemy...
"For you my love I will bare this"she thought as she straightened and the majestic wings unfolded.
"For you my love I will be strong and brave and I will save you from the hell they have enslaved you in".
"Now go and be done with this task of yours my child for I have work for you"
She realized with a shock she never asked what all the conditions was for this blessing, but for now she has her own revenge to be satisfied.
