I'm managing my life and direction myself, and I have everything under control

Yes, I'm losing weight and my eyes are red
Even though I may not look great, I'm working on my health and wellness

I'm contemplating and figuring things out, which may seem lazy, but it's part of the process

Racking my brain for answers 'cause I've been out here running my mouth
I realize I've been talking a lot about progress, but now I'm figuring out how to make it happen

Chatting 'bout progress, they say it's a process
I know progress takes time and effort, but I'm determined to keep working at it

But I want it right now
Despite knowing progress takes time, I'm eager to achieve my goals quickly

So I gotta live this way because
To achieve my goals, I have to live a certain way

To play the boss you gotta pay the cost
If I want to be in charge of my life, I have to be willing to make sacrifices

And that cost might come as a major loss
I know I might have to give up things that are important to me to succeed

And that's just the life I chose
This is the path I've chosen, and I'm willing to deal with the consequences

Don't trust no one I get no peace
I have to be cautious of others and can't relax

Every day petrol from West to East
I'm constantly moving and working hard, from one place to another

I love to sleep, I love to eat
I still enjoy life's simple pleasures, even though I'm working hard

But I don't get no rest or feast
I don't have much time to relax or properly enjoy meals

And that's the reason I ain't afraid of my foes
I don't have time to be scared of my enemies when I have so much work to do

Jumped on the grind and I stayed on my toes
I started working hard and stayed alert the whole time

And mama believe it or not
Mom, you can believe me or not

Couple man got a problem with me
Some people have an issue with me

Some of the mandem wan rob them for me
Some of my friends may be looking to take revenge on those who have an issue with me

So every time I start writing songs
When I express my thoughts through music

I gotta face the things I've been hiding from
I have to come to terms with things I've been avoiding and face them head-on

They wanna ride or die tell them ride along
If anyone wants to support me, they have to be willing to go along with everything I'm doing

Just know that it's real in the field
Life is challenging when you're working hard

I don't wanna hear no crying or moaning
I don't have time to listen to complaints or excuses

I ain't got time for no sighing or groaning
I'm too busy working to pay attention to anyone's negative emotions

You gotta be down to grind on your own ting
If you want to succeed, you have to be committed to working hard on your own goals

You are responsible for the choices you make in life

If you don't take responsibility, you won't have anyone to blame but yourself

We face challenges and setbacks in life

If we're dying on the inside
If we're struggling internally

How we gonna live right
It's hard to live life the right way when we're dealing with internal struggles

Keep your flowers in the sunlight
Take care of the things that give you joy and happiness

I just got to live right
I have to do the right thing and work hard to achieve my goals

Flowers by the doorstep
Joyful things are sometimes found in unexpected places

Don't know where they're from
It's not always important to understand where joy comes from

And how did we all get here, yeah yeah
We all have our own unique paths, and it's not always easy to understand how we ended up where we are

And where do I belong
Sometimes it's hard to know where we fit in or belong in life

And anywhere the wind blows
Life can take us in unexpected directions

You left me turned to stone
Your actions hurt me deeply and left me feeling emotionally paralyzed

But the sunlight in the window
Despite the pain I'm feeling, there are still moments of joy and happiness in life

Telling me you're wrong, you're wrong
The things you've done to hurt me are wrong, and I won't tolerate them anymore
