This is a call to arms
We will fight this fight till the end
Don't worry 'cause we will go to war
'Cause we will go to war
'Cause we will go to war
Don't worry 'cause we will go to war
Don't worry 'cause we will go to war
Don't worry 'cause we will go to war
Wake up now it's time, get your guns out
This is a call to arms
We will fight this fight till the end
Don't worry 'cause we will go to war
'Cause we will go to war
'Cause we will go to war
Come and get it, let us have it
The battle's already won
Wake up now it's time, get your guns out
Don't worry 'cause we will go to war
Wake up now it's time, get your guns out
This is a call to arms
We will fight this fight till the end
Don't worry 'cause we will go to war
The lyrics to Hardwell's song "Go to War" are a rallying cry to spur people on to action. The song opens with a directive to wake up and get ready. The urgency is palpable as the call to arms is repeated throughout the song. It is clear that there is a fight to be had, and Hardwell is reminding us that we need to be prepared to see it through to the end.
The repeated refrain of "don't worry 'cause we will go to war" seems to be a way of reassuring the listener that they are not alone in this fight. The theme of camaraderie is strong throughout the song, with the sense that we are all in this together. The coming battle has already been won, but still, we must prepare ourselves for the fight. In many ways, the lyrics remind us that we all have a role to play in making change happen, and that we must be ready to take up the mantle of leadership when called upon.
In the end, the song is intended to be a powerful anthem to inspire and motivate people to take action, whether that means standing up for what's right or working towards a common goal. By urging us to wake up and get ready, Hardwell is reminding us that we are all responsible for shaping the world around us. There is no doubt that "Go to War" is a song that will continue to resonate with listeners for years to come.
