Harmful was originally a trio, founded in 1992 by members Aren Emirze, Chris Aidonopoulos and Nico Heimann. Their 2007 album 7 was produced by former Faith No More bassist and record producer Billy Gould who subsequently joined the band as a fourth member.

and I’m aware that there is no official lyrics and stuff but that’s what I hear, so my guess is some people were captured, someone offered to drink poison or whatever so the other could run, but the other weren’t freed so that’s unfair and the person is begging, the harmless I’d say is the person trying to convince themselves that it’s ok and let me go is pretty obvious, the heavy breathing is basically the person running
