WTF
Heart Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

How much talking does it take
Talking 'bout your bad mistakes
Gonna talk you wide awake
Talk until your ego breaks

The past is dust undo concern
There's hell to pay and it's your turn
The hardest thing you'll ever learn
Is what bridge to cross and what bridge to burn
What bridge to cross and what bridge to burn
(What bridge to cross and what bridge to burn)

How much talking does it take
Talking 'bout your bad mistakes
Gonna talk you wide awake
Talk until your ego breaks, yeah
What's the matter with you?

What bridge to cross and what bridge to burn
What bridge to cross and what bridge to burn
What bridge to cross and what bridge to burn
What bridge to cross and what bridge to burn

What bridge to cross and what bridge to burn
What bridge to cross and what bridge to burn

@BirdLoversOnly

Ann Wilson has my vote as the best female rock vocalist of all time.

@mikefagan1347

I don't think I'd limit it to female rock vocalists. Ann Wilson is among the top rock vocalists of any gender. A case can be made that she is the best

I'm 47 and grew up in Tacoma, Wa. I was a fan of Heart when they were still a bar band and I am still in love with them. I remember them doing charity concerts in the park. All they asked was that you bring a couple cans of food for the cause. Talk about a win-win situation! Man, those were the days.

@ByWayOfDeception

I love how Nancy can effortlessly move through timing changes in songs. Years and years of deliberate practice.

Been a BIG Heart fan since I was 14 and "Dreamboat Annie" first came out. Glad to see these two fine ladies being true to themselves. ROCK ON Wilson Sisters!

Been a huge fan since I was 17 and the Little Queen album. All my friends back then said "Heart does not rock enough." I am a lot more particular about my friends these days! LOL.

Outstanding! I'm glad to see them rocking again. I saw them three times in the 70's and they put on amazing shows each time.
