Hey Girl
IAMDYNAMITE Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

Anywhere we go
They'll be pumpin' it through the radio
And anywhere we go
They'll be there in our rooms so we're not alone
Anywhere we go
All our friends will believe but we'll know that they're wrong
And anywhere we go
We could try to believe it we will never be wrong
And anywhere we go
They'll be pumpin' it through on the radio
And anywhere we go
They'll be there in our rooms so we're not alone

Hey Girl
Ahh ahh ah ah ah ah
Hey Girl
Oh Oh The world that I could tell
Oh that sound
Is getting close
We better get down
Oh Oh The world that I could tell
Anywhere we go
They'll be pumpin' it through on the radio
And anywhere we go
They'll be there in our rooms so we're not alone
Anywhere we go
All our friends will believe but we know that they're wrong
And anywhere we go
We could try to believe we will never be wrong
And anywhere we go
We will Wooahh Oh Oh Wooahh
And anywhere we go
We will Wooahh Oh Oh Wooahh on

Hey Girl
Ahh ahh ah ah ah ah
Hey Girl
Oh Oh the world that I could tell
Oh that sound
Is getting close we better get down
Oh Oh the world that I could tell

Anywhere we want to
Baby we will tell you
Baby if the young man knows if I was
Anybody's askin'
Baby we would tell them
Baby if the old man knows if I was
Anywhere we want to
Baby we will tell you
Baby if the young man knows if I was
Anybody's askin'
Baby we would tell them
Baby if the old man knows if I was
Anywhere we want to

Baby we will tell you
Baby if the old man knows if I

I saw the Chris' when they opened for Blue October in Fayetteville, Arkansas, in 2011. I was totally blown away. We were standing in the lobby area and I heard this wall of sound coming from the theater. I left my group and walked through the theater doors and was surprised to see just two guys. They rock. I got to meet both of them and they are totally cool.

I saw these guys many years ago at the Orange Peel in Asheville NC opening for Third Eye Blind... IAMDYNAMITE blew those goobers from Third Eyed Blind off the stage. I have never seen an opening act blow the headliner off the stage, but that night I did and so glad. These guys are awesome. Give them an ear if you haven't already.

@setulf09

This is my favorite song on the album. Especially the end.

@TheQueengrl

This is amazing. It's like a hidden treasure

@awolgina

That fuzzy guitar & heavy clean drumming go so well together in this band. But the songs are hit or miss, so far Stereo is my fave.

@mic3283

I got to meet them once in a small music store and they played this song I loved it❤️

@Stinkerstien
