She released "Aliens (Her er jeg)" (2014), "Rebels" (2015) and "Lay It on Me" (2016). The latter was released as a collaboration with the Norwegian producer duo Broiler and climbed to No. 2 on the VG-lista singles chart.

Forgive or Forget

Da, da, da, da, da
You keep calling me
Follow me on the internet
Apologies, apologies
I don't want your attention
I don't want you to mention
Mention me in your interviews
It's novelty and honestly
I'm so mad about what you did
I can't forgive or forget ya
(Ay, ay, ah, ah)
I can't forgive or forget ya
(Ay, ay, ah, ah)
I can't forgive that I let ya
Under my, under my skin
I can't forgive or forget ya
(Ay, ay, ah, ah)
I can't forgive or forget ya
(Ay, ay, ah, ah)
I can't forgive that I let ya
(Ay, ay, ah, ah)
Under my, under my skin
(Ay, ay, ah, ah)
I spent 23 months getting out from under you
Analogies, analogies
Truth is you are a bad one
Truth is I fell and you won
I ain't coming 'round, 'round, 'round
I'm gone, I'm gone, I'm gone
(I'm gone, I'm gone)
Now I ain't coming 'round, 'round, 'round
I'm gone and all you were is past to me
I got mad and I got through it
I can't forgive or forget ya
(Ay, ay, ah, ah)
I can't forgive or forget ya
(Ay, ay, ah, ah)
I can't forgive that I let ya
(Ay, ay, ah, ah)
Under my (Under my)
Under my skin
I can't forgive or forget
Give or forget
Give or forget ya
I can't forgive or forget
Give or forget
Give or forget ya
I can't forgive that I let
Give that I let
Give that I let ya
I can't forgive or forget
Give or forget
Give or forget ya
When you think about calling me, then don't
When you think I might mark my words, I won't
When your luck runs out, I'll be nobody to ya
So do you understand?
I can't forgive or forget ya
(Ay, ay, ah, ah)
I can't forgive or forget ya
(Ay, ay, ah, ah)
I can't forgive that I let ya
Under my, under my skin
I can't forgive or forget ya
(La, la, la, la)
I can't forgive or forget ya
(La, la, la, la)
I can't forgive that I let ya
(La, la, la, la)
Under my, under my skin
(La, la, la, la)
The lyrics of Ina Wroldsen's song "Forgive or Forget" is all about a failed relationship where the singer is trying to let go of her past and move on from her ex-partner. The song starts with a repetitive chanting of "Ay, ay, ay, ay, ay, ah, ah" and "Da, da, da, da, da," which emphasizes the intensity of the song's meaning. In the first verse, Wroldsen talks about how her former partner keeps calling and trying to grab her attention. But she doesn't want to be reminded of their past relationship nor wants to hear anything about it. She even mocks him for mentioning her in his interviews, calling it novelty.
In the chorus, Wroldsen's emotions get intense as she repeats that she can't forgive or forget her ex-partner. She feels that she let him enter her life and under her skin, and she can't seem to shake him off. The second verse talks about how she spent 23 months getting over him where she uses the word analogies.
The song's lyrics' tone is a mix of anger and frustration, and towards the end, Wroldsen's emotions heighten, where she tells her former partner not to call her and that she won't come back even if he tries. The song clarifies the singer's message to her ex-partner that she has forgiven but not forgotten and that she has moved on from their relationship.
