2. Not only this Smooth Jazz band shares same band name, they have a song called "Millenium"(2006) that is exactly same title (intentionally misspelled) as the other Incognito's (Jazz Funk) song on their album "100° and Rising"(1995), plus the logo resembles in font. The title "Every Day"(2006) on the album Street Smarts exactly alike in titles (when read) with the other Incognito's famous tune "Everyday"(1995). They are often tagged totec radio. Also mis-tagged by fans as bluey where there's no link to Jean-Paul "Bluey" Maunick himself. r00ts & t4lk1n l0ud tags also used, that could mislead fans to the Bluey's famous tunes like "Roots" & "Talkin' Loud".

Incognito Lyrics

He moved the ground beneath my feet
But the love given me, was temporary
And one by one my dreams would disappear
It`s taken me some time to move beyond the pain
And I would wonder if I could learn to love again
Then came you, and now I know
We can become as one
Living it up together we can learn
We`ve only just begun
We can become as one
We can ignite the fire
We can burn
Burn like the centre of the sun
We`ve only just begun
What is a day without a night?
We compliment each other you and I
The space between us, a place within us
A field of dreams where love will always rule
It`s taken me some time to move beyond the pain
And I would wonder if I could learn to love again
Then came you
Into my life and you`re letting me know
We`re keepin` it real
Ain`t funky baby?
The lyrics to Incognito's song "Centre of the Sun" is about finding love again after experiencing heartbreak. The song's narrator reflects on a past relationship where they believed they had found "the one" who moved "the ground beneath [their] feet." However, the love they were given was only temporary as "one by one [their] dreams would disappear." It took some time for the singer to move beyond the pain of that failed relationship.
But then, someone else came into their life, and they learned that they could love again. Together they can become one, learn and live life to the fullest. They can ignite a fire, burn like the centre of the sun, and there's only more to come. The song's narrator appreciates the beauty in the differences between them, and how they complement one another. They have a shared space between them, a field of dreams where love will always rule.
Overall, the song is a celebration of second chances in love, and how through that love, two different people can come together and complement each other.
