Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!

And the fire is so delightful
And since we've no place to go
Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow
And it doesn't show signs of stoppin'
And I brought corn for poppin'
With the lights turned way down low
And the fire is slowly dyin'
And we are still good-byin'
But as long as you love me so
Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow
Let it snow, let it snow
(Let it snow now, let it snow, let it snow)
Now here's fire calling
Let the snow keep fallin' down
Jim Brickman's rendition of "Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!" is a hauntingly beautiful take on this classic holiday tune. The opening verse pulls us into the cozy warmth of a fire on a cold, winter night. The singer acknowledges the unpleasantness of the weather outside, but takes comfort in the pleasantries of the indoors. The second verse highlights the contrast between the bleakness of the weather outside and the delight of indoor activities. The singer even brings corn to pop as a way to further revel in the coziness of the moment. As the third verse sets in, the fire begins to die out and it's time to say goodbye. But the singer is still comforted by the love of a companion and the knowledge that they can cherish the moment together.
Overall, Jim Brickman's interpretation of "Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!" focuses on the joy of being indoors on a cold, snowy night. The lyrics evoke a sense of warmth, comfort, and togetherness that's so integral to the holiday season. Brickman's melancholic piano chords add depth to the lyrics, underscoring the bittersweetness of the moment. Even as the night comes to a close, there's a sense of fondness for the experience that's been shared.

Oh, the weather outside is frightful
The weather is really bad outside
And the fire is so delightful
But inside by the fire is warm and cozy
And since we've no place to go
We don't have anywhere we need to be
Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow
So let it snow and keep snowing
And it doesn't show signs of stoppin'
It looks like the snow won't be stopping any time soon
And I brought corn for poppin'
I brought some corn to pop and enjoy
With the lights turned way down low
We've turned the lights down low to set a cozy mood
Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow
And let the snow keep falling and falling
And the fire is slowly dyin'
The fire is slowly burning out
And we are still good-byin'
And we're still saying goodbye
But as long as you love me so
But as long as we love each other
Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow
Let the snow keep falling and falling
Let it snow, let it snow
Let the snow keep falling and falling
(Let it snow now, let it snow, let it snow)
(So let it snow right now and keep on falling)
Now here's fire calling
But even with the fire going
Let the snow keep fallin' down
We still want the snow to keep falling down
