(Instrumental)

Overall Meaning

As this song Sun Moon & Stars is an instrumental, there are no specific lyrics to interpret. However, the very title of the song itself is quite evocative and symbolic of the celestial elements of the universe. The sun, moon, and stars have long been a source of inspiration for poets, artists, and musicians alike. They represent different things to different people but one common theme is that they symbolize a sense of wonder and awe at the natural world.

In this instrumental piece, Jim Brickman perhaps seeks to capture the essence of these celestial elements through music. The opening notes are soft and gentle, like the rising sun in the morning, gradually building up with layers of instruments to a crescendo that is perhaps akin to the brightness of the sun at its peak. The interplay of various melodies represents the interdependence of the sun, moon, and stars in maintaining the balance of the universe. One can almost visualize the moon glowing in the night sky, while the stars twinkle and dance around it, as if in a celestial ballet.

Overall, Sun Moon & Stars is a beautiful tribute to the natural world, and to the wonder and magic that exists all around us, if only we take the time to observe and appreciate it.

Does anyone know if this song is featured on a movie soundtrack

Funny... I was just thinking the same thing. I was going through some old MP3s and found this from the year 2000. I recognize it from something.. and I "backed it up" for some reason. "Angel Eyes" by Jim also sounds like it was in a movie to me (the other mp3 I have from Jim).
