Excelente, genial, ejecucion de cuerdas olimpicamente magistral. Un maestro del tacto y de la audicion. El unico ser en la tierra que puede ver a traves de sus oidos. Increible!! Jose Feliciano, el virtuoso, puertorriqueno como yo. Saludos.

Fantastico! This is the greatest Latin instrumental music I've ever heard from the genius guitar playing of the great Jose Feliciano. I'm glad RCA Victor records recorded that magnificent tune. Gracias, Jose Feliciano!

I wholeheartedly agree... this man absolutely thrills you, and if you listen to that Live At The Palladium in London?? It's something else altogether

It's not as popular as "Feliz Navidad", but what most folks don't know is that Jose Feliciano made an equal contribution to the spirit of the Jewish Sabbath as he did for Christmas, thanks to this tune and perhaps even without knowing about it. This tune has been the opening tune of a popular Israeli radio show that airs every Friday evening since 1979. For most Israelis, listening to this tune has a Pavlovian association with the arrival of Shabbat. It doesn't matter if you are secular or religious, listening to this tune (and the excellent musical program that follows) has something meditative, perhaps even ceremonial that brings the holy spirit of Shabbat into full throttle and eliminates all cynicism and anxiety.
