It just shows the double standards of the world that these videos usually tend to get deleted everywhere and banned, yet old soviet propaganda and soviet songs is allowed on all platforms and lawful in most countries.

Yes, because the Soviets were good and the Nazis bad. Simplified but in general correct. Memes aside - and to be more specific; YouTube guidelines addresses certain political content, namely those advocating for racist, antisemitic ideologies. Nazism is that, communism is that not.
