1) Justice is an electronic music duo from Paris, France, formed in 2003 and consisting of Gaspard Augé (born 21 May, 1979) and Xavier de Rosnay (born 2 July, 1982). They are mostly known for their remix of Simian’s “Never Be Alone”, later renamed “We Are Your Friends”, as well as their “Waters of Nazareth” EP and their single release of ‘’D.A.N.C.E.’‘. Their debut album is entitled “†” but is often spelled out “Cross”. Justice is the most commercially successful act on the label of Pedro Winter (Busy P), Ed Banger.
2) In the summer of 2003 a couple of young hardcore enthusiasts put their heads together and decided to create a band that would stir things up and speak out. Bummed out but at the same time motivated by the stale state of affairs in hardcore at the time, JUSTICE burst onto the scene with an unseen energy, a righteous attitude and the determination to turn things around. More than three years down the line and after some line up changes, a slew of well received releases (their demo, two EP's and a full length) and countless tours and shows (in Europe and the States), it is safe to say their mission's been accomplished. JUSTICE has become a household name to hardcore/punk kids worldwide and they have accomplished that by doing what they do best: writing catchy, honest and meaningful songs and backing it all up with an insane work ethic.
Justice Played their last show the 8th of March 2008 and released one final 12" ep along with their demise.

I got to get a leg on before I die
And all the Karens and the pc crowd say no
But there is still a place where raunchy real men go
They don't put it on the flyers you can't find it on line
But it's written in the sky one after 909
You won't find no man buns feminist hotties
You won't find no picky tic Tok girls with public agendas
Just reformed junkies with a need to friend ya
Ain't no drugs on the dance floor tonight
Ain't no thugs making sure the money's right
Just aching bodies try to top off top off
Any new blood just to rocket lift off
You been a need so great for a new blood line
In the one after 909
It's ok if you would rather watch a screen screen screen
Like looking at a water fountain but never drinking
It's alright to get a Lelo toy
But 909 is incarnation lovejoy
It's like the family never argues
Like the ash that never drops
Like vacation every day
Getting your first rocks
Like a wind in a desert in a ragtop car
Like the cyclone coming but still so far
Like that bullet miss you just by a hair
Like that mystery lady on the bus choose your stare
Sometimes there's people not looking for fame
Not looking to get something but to bring
Dedicated to your satiation
Humbly called to you fulfill your station
Can't call them priests but they teach divine

The song "Breaker One Nine" by Justice is a reflection of the desire for authenticity in the face of political correctness and sanitized culture. The first verse speaks of a young man's sexual desire being dismissed by the "Karens and PC Crowd," but there is a place where "raunchy real men" can feel at home. The second verse describes what one can expect to find in this place: no man buns, feminist hotties, or picky TikTok girls. Instead, there are reformed junkies who are there to "friend ya."
The chorus emphasizes the physicality and intensity of the space, with "aching bodies try to top off/top off any new blood just to rocket lift off." It is also emphasized that there are "ain't no drugs on the dance floor tonight/ain't no thugs making sure the money's right," indicating a certain level of safety and moral clarity. However, it is also noted that "there's people not looking for fame/not looking to get something but to bring," suggesting that this is a community that values more than just hedonistic pleasure.
The final verse seems to speak of a kind of euphoria or idealized experience that can be found in this space, with references to a bullet missing by a hair, a mystery lady on the bus, and a wind in a ragtop car. The ultimate message seems to be that despite the forces of political correctness and sanitized culture, there is still a place where one can find authenticity, physicality, and a sense of community.
