1) Justice is an electronic music duo from Paris, France, formed in 2003 and consisting of Gaspard Augé (born 21 May, 1979) and Xavier de Rosnay (born 2 July, 1982). They are mostly known for their remix of Simian’s “Never Be Alone”, later renamed “We Are Your Friends”, as well as their “Waters of Nazareth” EP and their single release of ‘’D.A.N.C.E.’‘. Their debut album is entitled “†” but is often spelled out “Cross”. Justice is the most commercially successful act on the label of Pedro Winter (Busy P), Ed Banger.
2) In the summer of 2003 a couple of young hardcore enthusiasts put their heads together and decided to create a band that would stir things up and speak out. Bummed out but at the same time motivated by the stale state of affairs in hardcore at the time, JUSTICE burst onto the scene with an unseen energy, a righteous attitude and the determination to turn things around. More than three years down the line and after some line up changes, a slew of well received releases (their demo, two EP's and a full length) and countless tours and shows (in Europe and the States), it is safe to say their mission's been accomplished. JUSTICE has become a household name to hardcore/punk kids worldwide and they have accomplished that by doing what they do best: writing catchy, honest and meaningful songs and backing it all up with an insane work ethic.
Justice Played their last show the 8th of March 2008 and released one final 12" ep along with their demise.

Justice Lyrics

Menacing thunders are roaring, we're roaming the streets
The new experience you made is digging your mind
Surrender to us, leave the past behind
[CHORUS:]
Here's the
interpretation of Justice's song New Machine lyrics:
The first stanza of the song portrays the idea of rising from the ashes after experiencing something intense - this could be interpreted as a personal struggle, a traumatic experience, or a difficult situation that an individual or a group of people had to go through. The second line uses the phrase "menacing thunders are roaring," which could be an allusion to the sound of thunder that follows a storm - perhaps suggesting that the difficult experience was like a storm that shook their foundations, but they are now back on their feet and roaming the streets, feeling empowered and confident once again. The last line of the stanza refers to a "new experience" that has dug into their minds, which could refer to a newfound understanding or a fresh perspective that has helped them leave the past behind.
The chorus of the song carries the theme of embracing change and moving forward. It encourages the listener to surrender to the new experience, leaving the past behind, and embracing the journey towards personal growth and self-discovery. The line "Here's the new machine" could be interpreted as a metaphor for the new mindset or attitude that the individual or group has adopted, which is a stark contrast to their previous way of thinking. The song conveys a message of hope and resilience, encouraging people to embrace change, learn from their experiences, and never give up on the pursuit of happiness and personal fulfillment.
