Llorca is Ludovic Llorca (born in 1974), the resident "soulman" of acclaimed French label F Communications, the successful company which has introduced the world to the likes of (label co-founder and techno producer) Laurent Garnier and the forward-thinking jazz of St. Germain (now signed to the legendary Blue Note label). Since signing with the label in 1997 on the strength of an unsolicited demo, Llorca has gone on to become a strong artist for F Communications.
The End
Llorca Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
you're not the guy for me.
But I just love you boy.
Wanna share
our lives you see.
Cuz you're my pride and joy.
(Till the end, till the end.)
This happiness in me.
And I'm here to open my heart.
Open is right there to see.
And I just want you to know.
(Till the end, till the end.)
The lyrics of Llorca's song The End convey a message of love and defiance. The first stanza talks about the singer's mother warning them about being with their partner, but the singer defies her and professes their love to their partner. The second stanza amplifies this emotion of love and happiness, assuring the partner that they are open to them and that their love will remain till the end.
The song reveals a sense of rebellion, as the singer chooses to follow their heart despite what their mother thinks. The lyrics highlight the power of love and how it can overpower all other messages, including the ones from parents. The singer's mother is the voice of reason that they choose to ignore, which is a common thread in most love stories. The song is emotional and empowering, resonating with people who have been in similar situations.
