Madreblu was formed in 1995 and consisted of Raffaella Destefano (vocals), Gino Marcelli (piano and keyboards), and Valerio Artusi (keyboards). The band released Prima dell’ Alba in 1997, but Artusi left the band in 1998. Destefano and Marcelli released Necessità in 1999. The duo released L' Equilibrio in 2004.
The song "Certamente" from Necessità is featured on the album The Sopranos: Peppers and Eggs, as the song was played during the episode "Commendatori" of The Sopranos.

@@simonbrunel6872 I love Breaking Bad, it's brilliant. One of the best shows of all time.
But I still agree that it's not in the same league as The Sopranos. The Sopranos is much, much deeper, and much, much more subtle. It's more honest about life and about human beings, the cinematography is better and the soundtrack is the greatest soundtrack in the history of soundtracks. BB's soundtrack isn't in the same universe.
I actually created a Spotify Sopranos playlist, specifically because I love the soundtrack so much. It's a huge part of the show - the perfect choice of song at every single moment.
BB has four or five brilliant musical moments - Mike killing people to the sound of the Beastie Boys, Walt setting fire to the douchebag's car and walking away, Gus waiting to go in to see Hector for the last time outside the old people's home, the Limeliters playing as Walt drags his barrel through the desert...stuff like that. But The Sopranos had a moment like that almost every episode. As much as I love BB, The Sopranos is operating on another intellectual level.
