He has since launched another album, Beautiful News, and continues to write many more popular songs such as You Never Let Go and Shine.
Songfacts states that Redman's eighth album 10,000 Reasons, was co-written with several of his friends. He then recorded the songs live in Atlanta, leading worship for over 1,000 worship leaders during LIFT: A Worship Leader Collective, put on by Passion City Church and sixstepsrecords on February 18 and 19, 2011. It sold nearly 7,000 units its first week in the US, almost doubling Redman's previous album release We Shall Not Be Shaken. The LP entered the Billboard 200 at #66, his biggest debut to date.

Pouring out the oil of love, as my worship to you
In surrender I must give my every part
Lord, receive this sacrifice of a broken heart
Jesus, what can I give, what can I bring
To so faithful a Friend, to so loving a King?
Savior, what can be said, what can be sung
Oh, my words could not tell, not even in part
Of the debt of love that is owed by this thankful heart
This thankful heart
This thankful heart
You deserve my every breath, for You've paid the great cost
Giving up your life to death, even death on the cross
You took all my shame away, there defeated my sin
Open up the gates of heaven and have beckoned me in
Jesus, what can I give, what can I bring
To so faithful a Friend, to so loving a King?
Savior, what can be said, what can be sung
As a praise of Your name for the things You have done?
Oh, my words could not tell, not even in part
Of the debt of love that is owed by this thankful heart
We'll bring an offering, unto You an offering
What can I, what can I, what can I sing as an offering, Lord?
I want to please Your heart
What can I give, what can I bring, what can I sing as an offering, Lord?
What can I give, what can I bring, what can I sing as an offering, Lord?
What can I bring to the King of kings?
Oh, what can I give, what can I bring, what can I sing as an offering, Lord?
Simply this I will offer up my life in spirit and truth
Pouring out the oil of love, as my worship to you
In surrender I must give my every part
Lord, receive this sacrifice of a broken heart
Lord, receive this sacrifice of a broken heart
Lord, receive this sacrifice of a broken heart
The song "I Will Offer Up My Life" is a powerful expression of the singer's devotion and commitment to Jesus Christ. In the first verse, the singer declares that they will give their entire life as an offering of worship to God. The oil of love that they pour out represents their deepest affection and devotion. The chorus expresses the singer's gratitude for all that Christ has done for them and their desire to offer something in return. The second verse describes the great cost that Christ paid for the singer's salvation, and the third verse acknowledges that there is nothing the singer can offer that would truly be enough. The final verse repeats the commitment of the first verse, and the song ends with a plea for God to accept the singer's offering.
The song's lyrics are both deeply personal and deeply theological. The language of sacrifice and offering comes directly from the Old Testament sacrificial system, which required Israel to offer animals to God in order to atone for their sins. Yet the song also emphasizes the personal, emotional nature of worship. The oil of love that is poured out is not a physical substance, but a metaphor for the singer's heart and soul. This combination of Old Testament imagery and New Testament spirituality reflects the singer's desire to honor God in both word and deed.
