Melody is considered one of the most influential Brazilian children on the internet. Currently, her sister Bella Angel, who's two years older and also follows a musical career, writes and co-writes most of her songs.
She gained national notoriety in early 2015, after releasing a video on her Facebook page singing the song "Fale de Mim", a song written by her father, MC Belinho, who is also her manager. In a following video, she tried to reproduce a falsetto by Christina Aguilera that went viral.

La que vive en la ventana,
La que te regala risas y
Te alegra las mañanas
Yo soy la chica de enfrente
La mas guapa del condao
Que te despertó hace poco
Acercate te bailo, yo te canto,
Por flamenco, por cubano,
Acercate, te bailo, yo te canto,
Por flamenco por cubano,
Por bolero y por fandango,
¡lo que no acaba por la piel!
Dancing for you,
Dancing for my,
Tocalo amor,
Yo bailo pa ti
Dancing for you,
Dancing for my,
Tocalo amor,
La vida es así
Yo soy la chica de enfrente
La que viste en el colmao
La que te llanaba el carro
De sonrisas sin pecao,
Yo soy la chica de enfrente
La bailona del lugar,
La que te repara el
Alma si te paras a llorar
Acercate te bailo, yo te canto,
Por flamenco, por cubano,
Acercate, te bailo, yo te canto,
Por flamenco por cubano,
Por bolero y por fandango,
¡lo que no acaba por la piel!
Dancing for you,
Dancing for my,
Tocalo amor,
Yo bailo pa ti
Dancing for you,
Dancing for my,
Tocalo amor,
La vida es así
¡Y si en mis ojos
Te quieres mirar!
¡y si en mi playa
Te quieres baña!
Dale vamonos que
Lleguemos al mar..
A nevegar, a navegar...
Dancing for you,
Dancing for my,
Tocalo amor,
Yo bailo pa ti
Dancing for you,
Dancing for my,
Tocalo amor,
La vida es así
Dancing for you,
Dancing for my,
Tocalo amor,
Yo bailo pa ti
Dancing for you,
Dancing for my,
Tocalo amor,
La vida es así
¡yo lo bailo!
In Melody's song "Dancing For You", she describes herself as the girl living across from the listener's window, giving them smiles and brightening up their mornings. She claims to be the most beautiful girl in the "condao" (which could be a loose reference to the Spanish province of Córdoba or a fictional place). Melody suggests that the listener recently woke up from a troubled dream, and she was the one who pulled them out of it.
Melody then extends an invitation to the listener to come closer, saying that she can sing and dance for them. She mentions different Latin music genres like flamenco, Cuban music, bolero, and fandango. The final lines talk about how she is dancing for not only the listener's pleasure but for herself as well, celebrating life as it is.
The song has a cheerful and flirty tone, with Melody using her charming voice to seduce the listener, inviting them into her world of music and dancing.
