No et fas el llit
Mishima Lyrics

També has tornat a treballar

Overall Meaning

The song "No et fas el llit" by Mishima is about the aftermath of a breakup and the singer's observations of their ex-partner's behavior. The lyrics describe how the ex-partner has been crying at night and eating messily when out with friends. They have also been calling old acquaintances and former partners, but according to the singer, they will only find what they are looking for with the singer.

The song continues by referencing a specific event where the ex-partner was seen with someone named Joan at a dog racing track. The singer believes that Joan is an idiot and is puzzled by the ex-partner's behavior. The ex-partner was also apparently laughing excessively and betting on the slowest dogs, and then shared a kiss with Joan before leaving. The singer is disinterested in hearing anything more about this encounter.

Finally, the song mentions that the ex-partner has returned to work and now wakes up earlier to have coffee, which is now served by someone else. Despite reports that the ex-partner is doing well, the singer believes they are lying and that the only thing they truly need can be found with the singer.

The song effectively captures the feelings of jealousy, bitterness, and a desire for revenge that often accompanies a breakup. The singer wants their ex-partner to realize what they are missing and perhaps regret the breakup.
