1. Moderns (also known as 'The Moderns') was a mod revival band from Sweden that existed from 1979 to 1981. It was made up of three high school friends that had previously served in the british invasion cover band Buddyboys. They self-released an EP, "Got to Have Pop", in January 1979. They also released their final 45 "Ready for the 80s" in 1980 and-- after a successful tour in the UK-- their only LP "Tro, Hopp & Fruktan" in 1981.
2. The Moderns was a garage rock band from Australia. Samuel John Rees fronting the band, Willi Hamilton wielding a 335 high in the air, Andre Franco slapping the bass and Swanny hitting the hell out of his skins; The Moderns are dirty Gold Coast rockers who are fast becoming the best live rock band in Australia.
After playing their first show in September of 2007, the four of them can now be found loudly unleashing their flavour at every divey dingey club on every corner of every town.
They've been referred to as a glass of coca cola, for some would say, they; 'looks kinda dirty, but go down a treat'.
3. The Moderns was an industrial dance band from Wichita, Kansas (1980's)
4. MODERNS is the Los Angeles-based synth-pop duo of Christopher Fudurich and Rosie Okumura. Fudurich is an engineer, multi-instrumentalist and analog enthusiast. As a producer, he has worked with a variety of pop artists but MODERNS is his first collaboration with his own musical output. Okumura is a songwriter, vocalist, and performer who has partnered with veteran producers. Musically, MODERNS is synth-pop built on an organic foundation.

Circle I now it's circle I
But you don't say 'farm' you say 'ranch' out west
Circle I now it's circle I
They grow their greens, I say they grow their fruit
Circle I circle I
By a bamboo fence on a rural route
Circle I circle I
Circle I circle I now, hey hey hey
Because there aint no potato like natural potato now
Circle I now it's circle I
There ain't no tomato like natural tomato now
Circle I now it's circle I
And they're ain't no spinach and there aint no corn
Circle I circle I
Well, like it was natural bred I say was natural born
Circle I circle I
Oh oh, naked in the sun, they got a suntan on they bun
Circle I circle I now, hey hey hey
Let's go
Ooh wa wa wa ooh
Ooh wa ooh
Oh oh oh oh, yeah
Oh oh oh oh
Well circle I circle I now, hey hey hey
Somebody's char gotta taste the best
Circle I now it's circle I
You ain't tried circle I, it ain't past the test
Circle I now it's circle I
Somebody's tail got the best taste yet
Circle I circle I
You ain't tried circle I's don't place your bets
Circle I circle I
Oh oh, they know the ground just like it was their brother
They know which crop's gonna help out the other
Circle I circle I now, hey hey hey
Because there ain't no potato like natural potato now
Circle I now it's circle I
Because there ain't no tomato like natural tomato now
Circle I now it's circle I
They're ain't no spinach and there ain't no corn
Circle I circle I
Well like, what's natural bred I say what's natural born
Circle I circle I
Oh oh, they talk in raster jive, they got a tan on their bum and a surfer vibe
Circle I circle I now hey hey hey
Ooh wa wa wa ooh
Ooh wa ooh
Oh oh oh oh, tell em
Oh oh oh oh
Where? circle I circle I
In Modern's song "Circles," the lyrics are a celebration of farming and the natural, sustainable way of producing food that is often overlooked in modern society. The song emphasizes the importance of using natural methods to grow fruits and vegetables, rather than relying on synthetic pesticides and fertilizers. The repetition of "circle I now it's circle I" throughout the song emphasizes the cyclical and interconnected nature of farming, as one crop relies on the other to thrive.
The lyrics also touch on regional farming culture, referencing the use of the term "ranch" in the western United States instead of "farm." The use of a bamboo fence and rural route conjures images of a tranquil farm setting, where crops are grown organically and without interference.
The final verse of the song addresses the superior taste of natural foods, with the repeated line "because there ain't no potato like natural potato now." The lyrics suggest that natural foods not only have a better taste but are also healthier for the body than their chemically-altered counterparts.
