Burch's voice takes cues from old timers like Dusty Springfield and Patsy Cline to create throaty mountains and valleys of sound. It's retro country and soul in the best way. Growing up in Los Angeles with a writer/producer father and a casting director mother, Burch's childhood was filled with old Hollywood musicals and the sounds of Patsy Cline, Billie Holiday and Nina Simone. After finding her voice in adolescence, Burch packed up for the University of North Carolina in Asheville to study Jazz Vocal Performance.

I call you, yo
Naturally, you've always told me what to
Do, do, ooh
You are my guiding light
How would I survive?
I don't know what I would do without you by my side
I always want to know
I don't know what I would do without you
I don't know what I would do without you by my side
Constantly, you're in my head
All of the time, time
What would you do?
What would you say?
What would you try, try?
You are my guiding light
How would I survive?
I don't know what I would do without you by my side
You tell me what I don't
I always want to know
I don't know what I would do without you
I don't know what I would do without you by my side
