Appearances are a pretty big factor in these kinds of things.
Prime branding doesn’t resemble, say, alcohol in terms of design. Prime has super bright colours that look more like a fun knock off of some juice drink. Even coffee has that sort of brown colour and gold tinted or Starbucks green design that says “this is coffee, a drink for older people”.
Also kids are naturally immature. I’m not even sure if a kid this young would fully understand caffeine beyond ‘it makes you super energetic’.
This is a branding issue first. If Logan Paul advertised, say, Guiness beer, either he would get taken down for it or the parents would definitely stop their children since they’re very familiar with Guiness as a brand of beer for adults.
Prime is a new fad that is closer to Coca Cola than Guiness in terms of branding and such.
IN SHORT, Prime’s colourful branding does not properly advertise its actual harms, thus neither kids nor adults can make the proper decisions yet regarding regulations within families, thus it is Prime’s fault.
