Todas las flores
Pauline en la Playa Lyrics

dejó el azul para otra ocasión
que esta merece
globos, guirnaldas, sombreros
y hombres bala
surcando el cielo
Y hombres bala
surcando el cielo
dejó la calma para otra ocasión
que esta merece
vientos, tornados, ciclones
que van abriendo
todas las flores.
Que van abriendo
todas las flores
The lyrics of Pauline en la Playa's song "Todas las flores" speak about the impact that a person has on the world around them. The arrival of the person described in the song brings about a sense of celebration and excitement, with the world seemingly coming alive in their presence. The first verse describes the sky with a metaphor of "leaving the blue for another occasion", implying that the arrival of this person is so momentous that even the sky cannot remain unchanged. The celebration continues with the mention of decorations such as balloons, garlands, and even human cannonballs, evoking a sense of wonder and awe.
The second verse focuses on the impact on the natural world, as the arrival of the person brings about the movement of the air and the opening of all the flowers. The imagery of "winds, tornadoes, and cyclones" suggests a tumultuous but ultimately transformative effect on the environment, with even the flowers being affected by this person's presence. The song seems to be expressing the idea that some people have a profound effect on the world around them, bringing about great change and transformation in their wake.
