I fiori che tu
Pierangelo Bertoli Lyrics

I fiori che tu mi hai dato bella bimba
Li terr? con me e li porter? lontano
E porter? contento questi fiori dentro me
In the song "I fiori che tu mi hai dato bella bimba," Pierangelo Bertoli sings about the memories that he will hold onto as he moves forward on his journey. He thanks the woman who gave him flowers and promises to take them with him on his travels, bringing him comfort and joy as he faces the challenges ahead. The flowers symbolize the beauty of life and the precious moments that should be cherished and carried with us always.
He also speaks about leaving behind the hardships and struggles of his past, allowing the wind to carry them away as he sets off on his journey with the woman's words of kindness and sweetness still ringing in his ears. The song reflects on the fleetingness of life and how the memories we make and the people we meet can impact us forever.
Overall, Bertoli's lyrics are a poignant reminder to appreciate those who have touched our lives and to hold onto the beauty and love that they bring. The song also speaks to the power of memories and how they can provide comfort and strength in times of hardship.

I fiori che tu mi hai dato bella bimba
The flowers you have given me, my dear girl
Li terrò con me e li porterò lontano
I will keep them with me and take them far away
Torneranno da me nel sole del mattino
They will return to me in the morning sun
Quando muoverà come sempre il mio cammino
When I move on my path as always
But you know I leave my sorrows here waiting
Che si alzi il vento e li porti via con se
Let the wind rise and take them away with it
The words you have told me, my dear girl
I will want to keep them with me and take them far away
If the day comes in a song of battle
I will say them to myself like machine gun fire
But you know my sorrows will be there waiting
Until time blooms and takes them away from you
The sweetness you have been, my dear girl
I will keep it with me and take it far away
If frost from the stars falls at night
I will think of you to warm my skin
E i dispiaceri sai saranno là ad aspettare
And you know my sorrows will be there waiting
E porterò contento questi fiori dentro me
And happily carry these flowers within me
