Every category is devalued and shelved and yes as you said i see everyone is eventually a stepping stone to the next victim. They must have 2 or 3 or maybe more in their circle to lovebird devalue and disengage at all times. It is a roller coaster when dealing with the narcissist. When all else fails they hoover!

I learn and understand something new. Almost every time I listen to your videos. So i have realized that because of my addiction to narcissists.I Fooled myself into getting involved with the lesser narcissist I was in a relationship with. Since the previous one and maybe all the previous ones were mid range. So I tricked myself into believing that bronze period, and secondary source behavior. Was what might actually be normal behavior. He had no primary source, so I think he wanted me in that role. But, it was impossible for him to control me.

What you describe can also be a professional tic tac toe. Caught in this cycle many times w an old bosses and the minions. None I have slept w but after they use you - it’s akin to the same feeling. Since following you - this has not happened to me w any other Narc. It has been the best revenge to simply say no

I don’t understand why she was so bent on calling me her boyfriend but treated me like just 1 of the secondary sources. I already knew something was wrong but she had me around her kids and in her home I thought I was the main one. I was a stepping stone. The girl hes with now is currently being used for her money and she is clueless about it. Its mad once you have experienced it and look back you can see the manipulative ways they use, its so clear but while they are still in your head you cant see it, or more like you dont want to.

Embedded means installed and captured ...as in embedded as the intimate partner primary source IPPS and you are labeled as such..I don't know if the lessers and midrangers have this actively in mind..oh I'm regarding her as the ipss now I will promote her to ipps I just believe it's the narcissism dictating their actions and behaviors as they are unaware

Thanks h.g...well this week hasn't been good, got my first hoover 7 months of no contact..apparently he left me because he loves me and didn't want to ruin my life , he had time properly go over my last message (sent last august) #joke !! He still loves me and hopes one day i,lil understand why he abandoned me but nothing about the horrific abuse and pain he caused me ! Oh and just so i know he's still single (i think not lol) and has been since we split , signed luv ya !!!! I honestly thought i,d not get a hoover ..so my heads a shed then to top it all i actually saw him at my local park with a women and a young child, i walked the opposite direction.. but could see he was holding back to see if i talked, not a chance i was gone asap! I have to work so much harder on my levels of no contact ( change number) now and emotional thinking...my ex is a addict and alcoholic H.g ...please please can you do more info on narcissism and substance abuse we all need to know, I'm sure theres many like me in same situation..how do the 2 go together is he a narc or is it just addiction that makes me think he s a narc?
