I’m a girl but i became an addict during lockdown.. at first I thought it wouldn’t do me any harm if I watch it once, but then I started to watch it frequently and very soon I got addicted and I started to lose myself. I was always an excellent student but due to this addiction I started skipping online classes to watch those... I did this same shit for an entire yr and saw my grades drop and that was my turning point. I asked myself that wtf was I doing with my life and started watching motivational vids like this which helped me overcome my addiction and I focused more on my studies and I got 96% in my annual exam.
It was a tough journey but when I overcame this addiction, I realised how much I had improved as a person.. i got better both physically and mentally. And seeing this video really makes me feel happy that more ppl are talking about this issue.
And so to all the boys and girls suffering from this addiction, hang in there!! Trust me you’ll feel very good after overcoming this addiction so don’t give up :)

Started watching at 8, never flapped tho, but quit only recently, October 2021. I'm 14 rn and I'm feeling much better already. Self improvement at an early age really makes me feel like I stand out in my grade level. Really don't care if anyone else in my grade level thinks the same way, I'm just satisfied and proud of my progress. I’m at such a low point in my life right now. I feel like everything is collapsing on me, that nobody wants me and that I’m ugly. Do something enough, without thinking, and you may find that conditions and compulsions form that actively push you to do something, regardless if you want to, even if you realize you never wanted it. And if you're not strong enough to break through and get rid of them, you'll be stuck in a vicious loop. Worst part is, if you're exposed early enough, you might not even understand or question and just do. Feeling like you don't have proper control over what you do, like you're automated to repeat a task, regardless if you want it, is pretty horrible.

As someone who has been lucky to catch onto my issue early (realised it’s negative effects this march and had been part of it for 4 months at that point) I’ve managed to slowly help myself and have made major progress but I am still struggling with relapse, if anyone knows how to open up to someone about this because I’ve been struggling alone this whole time and feel like I need someone else to help me. But I want everyone to remember the fact that we can all beat this problem, it isn’t invincible and it will take a while but eventually you will be able to overcome this. Stay strong and disciplined you aren’t alone.

This video sends an awesome message to those cripply addicted to fapping. I reckon it's fine and in fact, actually healthy to fap, only on weekly/biweekly basis of course. Just like medicine is fine in small doses, fapping occasionally is fine, just remember one thing, self-control. For those addicted to fapping don't try to immediately stop yourself, try to limit it to once a day, then once every other day, then maybe once every 3 days. Carry on this habit till you no longer feel the absolute urge to fap, like fapping is no longer the most important thing to you. It isn't necessary to completely remove it from your life, just limit it to a appropriate level and (around 3-4 times a month)you should be fine.

Besides, I'm not saying that NoFap is bad for you and shouldn't be done, I'm simply saying that it's a choice that can be made, though impossible for addicts, so why should you force that view that NoFap is mandatory?

Why do you feel guilty for a natural urge all humans have?? No one should feel guilty for it. It's fine to do it, just don't let it consume you. I will occasionally do it, but I also believe it's unhealthy to make it a habit everyday, or something you look foward to for destressing. I struggled more trying to resist the urge everyday, than I did to just do it once a week. I am still productive in my day to day life and have all the energy in the world. Moral of the story, do what YOU think is right. Not what some fucks on the internet say

That's what I've told to myself for 4 whole years. This video, God, and friends made me realize how poisonous that is. When i admit to anyone asking whether im a prn addict or not that i am, its not that im accepting myself to be one or be proud of what position im currently at, i hate being one. Not that i dont want to stop, i want to, but its so hard to get this thing off your daily life once you started doing it the first time, then the second time, then another. Stopped for weeks, then YouTube started recommending me innapropriate things that would get me started doing it again, and it made me do it. Its tempting, and effective at making me truly feel the effects of the thing, it strongly made me view women as nothing, and made me focus during my time learning in both school and home.

I hate the people that make records of times theyve ejcultd over the years with the intentions to increase the amount of time they do it next time, ive seen this type of people in reddit, crazy how much theres people like this in there. Its so discouraging and makes me feel like doing it does little to no effects on anyone when it really does. And the same goes for random youtube communities that do prn memes and such, i dont care if there are people that are willing to k.o themselves from doing it, its just that their community is also inviting other people to do the same thing that they do even without them realizing it. The most prime example of this thing is when you watch one of their videos, your whole recommendation would be filled with the same thing that they watch. Funny how i rarely realise just how much of a danger social media is to me, yet i still use it regularly like its no problem at all
