In 2005 he released his third studio album, The Trinity, and collected another #1 hit, 'Temperature'. Sean Paul's 2002 sophomore album, Dutty Rock, is his most successful, with 4 top 20 hits, including the worldwide smash "Gimme The Light", "Get Busy", "Like Glue" & "I'm Still In Love With You" were also huge hits, keeping the Dutty Rock album a best seller throughout 2003. "Temperature," from his 2005 follow-up cd, The Trinity, was a Billboard #1 Hot 100 hit.
Sean Paul has Portuguese heritage from his paternal grandfather, Sephardic Jewish heritage from his paternal grandmother, African heritage from his maternal grandfather, and Chinese heritage from his maternal grandmother. Both his parents are Jamaican natives. His nicknames include Zion Lion and King of Israel. Because of his mixed heritage, some consider him a personification of the Jamaican Motto "Out of Many, One People". Sean Paul's voice and style of singing is often compared to Jamaican 1990s dancehall sensation Super Cat.
He played for the Jamaican national water polo team and alleges to be related to King Solomon through his father.
In 1996, Paul and Spanner Banner recorded the Jamaican chart-topper, "Ladies Man", through the singer's Sweet Angel Productions. The song resulted in his embarking on sessions with Jeremy Harding, a then little-known producer who burst on the scene with his production of Beenie Man's crossover hit "Who Am I". The producer released the dancehall favorite "Baby Girl." The following single, "Infiltrate", joined the singer's combination hit in the Jamaican top charts.
A new version of Paul's "Punkie" track from the Dutty Rock album featuring Tego Calderón appeared on a recent (February 2005) Promo Only album with automaten spiele. April 2005's Promo Only Caribbean Series album included a new song by Paul ("We Be Burnin'"). Recently, Paul also collaborated with Nina Sky for his song "Touch My Body". Sean Paul has just recently released his new album, The Trinity. Sean Paul was a feature artist on Beyonce's number one hit, "Baby Boy."

Yeah
It's a worldwide movement
Sigala-la, ayy
Sean-a-Paul
Bida bang, bang, bang
Let's go
Born in the streets, I know where I'm from
If you're asking for me, you already know
(Turn up)
Where the vibe is, I call my home
The air that I breathe (ayy)
Is the same everywhere
So where's the party? (we on the street)
'Cause I'm gonna be there, ah
The air that we breathe
Is the same everywhere, ah
It ain't where I live
But wherever the good vibe is
It feels like home
It feels like home
It feels like home
It feels like home
It feels like home
It feels like home
It ain't where I live
But wherever the good vibe is
It feels like (hey)
It feels like
It feels like
It feels like home (bida bang, bang, bang)
It ain't where I live
But wherever the good vibe is
It feels like home
Tell dem
We can't bother with the lame ting, tell dem
No, no, no, no
Tell dem
Turn up the bass well loud
And make the gyal dem go low, low
Tell dem
We can't bother with the waitin', tell dem
Go, go, go, go
Anywhere mi lay mi hat, ah deh so me ah call home
Well you feel this love escalating
Tell dem
Just make it grow
And you know we live our lives celebrating
Mad people ting, they should know
Well you know we view this life as a great ting
Just let Jah Jah love a glow
Any step, mi step, mi step
Wherever the good vibe is
It feels like home (Fuse tell dem again)
It feels like home
It feels like home (live it up 'til the end)
It feels like home
It feels like home (with me and my friends)
It feels like home
It ain't where I live
But wherever the good vibe is
It feels like (hey)
It feels like
It feels like
It feels like home
It ain't where I live
But wherever the good vibe is
It feels like
Home (hey)
It feels like
Home
It feels like
Home (hey)
Home, is here, yeah
I live a life of a Rollin' Stone (yeah)
Wherever I lay my hat's my home (yeah)
Tell me where you are and girl, I'm gone (yeah)
Meet me at LAX, won't be long (yeah)
I'll be right there you won't have to search (yeah)
Call us a Lyft, my Uber don't work (yeah)
Don't feel special 'cause I let you know (know, know)
I'm good everywhere, I go
Wherever the good vibe is
It feels like home (Fuse tell dem again)
It feels like home
It feels like home (live it up to the end)
It feels like home
It feels like home (with me and my friends)
It feels like home
It ain't where I live
But wherever the good vibe is
It feels like
Home (turn up)

It feels like
Home
It ain't where I live (home, is here)
But wherever the good vibe is
It feels like home
The lyrics of Sean Paul's song "Feels Like Home" convey a sense of belonging and finding comfort in a specific feeling or atmosphere rather than a physical place. The song celebrates the universal nature of certain experiences and emotions that transcend geographical boundaries.
The opening lines, "If there's life in the east, that's where I will go / Born in the streets, I know where I'm from," suggest a desire to explore different cultures and environments, while still acknowledging one's roots. This reflects an open-mindedness and willingness to embrace new experiences.
The repeated phrase, "The air that I breathe is the same everywhere," emphasizes the idea that we are all connected by our shared humanity. It implies that regardless of our location, we all breathe the same air and can find common ground through the things that make us feel alive and connected.
The refrain, "It ain't where I live, but wherever the good vibe is, it feels like home," emphasizes the idea that home is not necessarily a physical place, but rather wherever one finds a positive and welcoming atmosphere. It suggests that a sense of home can be found in the company of friends, in the presence of good music, or in any situation that brings joy and positivity.
The lyrics also touch upon the themes of celebration and love. The lines, "And you know we live our lives celebrating / Mad people ting, they should know," suggest a joyous and carefree approach to life, where every experience is seen as an opportunity for celebration. This is further reinforced with references to love and the idea of letting love grow and bring people together.
In summary, "Feels Like Home" by Sean Paul is a song that celebrates the idea of finding a sense of belonging and comfort in positive experiences and atmospheres. It emphasizes that home is not limited to a physical location but can be found wherever there is a good vibe, celebration, and love. The lyrics encourage listeners to embrace different cultures and open themselves up to new experiences while staying connected to their roots.
