First usage of this name is credited to a duo of Eric Lumbleau (of Vas Deferens Organization) and Joel Zoch. They specialize in creating torrentially layered post-industrial, pan-ethnic psychedelic audio collages that resemble the avantgarde. They have released two albums, "Drunk On Sound" (1999), and "Screaming Zenith" (2002).

The Filipino band:
Something new, yet distinctly familiar. The name connotes an open mind, sophistication, and ambition. An endless list of influences range from the Beatles to Corduroy, Jamiroquai to Stevie Wonder, from Steely Dan to Jazzanova, whose colors find their way into the sonic palette. Guided by a cool head for business, the work is as fevered and passionate as a band enjoying full creative control: practical, but radical. Independent, yet pop.
Since the launch of bossaManila, their first full-length effort in April 2003, Sound's line-up underwent several changes. Liquid Jane's Chad Rialp had taken over bass duties for Yuson—who took a break from the band to pursue his medical studies—while Fajardo left the group towards the end of that year for other pursuits. Early 2004 saw the incorporation of newcomer Malek Lopez of Rubber Inc fame to fill the void that Fajardo left behind.
Sound's current following to date is attributed to their incendiary live act. Playing Manila's most noted music venues, such as 70s Bistro and Peligro, their set features a lush array of originals and interpretations; from Corduroy's January Woman to Gil Scott-Heron's Lady Day and John Coltrane, the Apo Hiking Society's ’Di Na Natuto to the Pinball Theme from Sesame Street.
The band is currently working towards the completion of their sophomore effort, Blue Monsoon, slated for release in 2006.

You were going back to the place that destroyed you
You'd rather live in misery than to stay here with me
Only wanted something bigger than me
Why must I find out like this
The thing that gets me the most is that I would've died for a kiss
I miss the days when you tell me all about your plans
Now you can't stand the sight of me when I look back
That part of me is gone I completely changed
Lord knows that I'm trying my best
You just keep pushing me towards my death
I tried to lift you up when I was down
But you never tried to change this frown upside down
The days were dark and I couldn't see
The real you that was put in front of me
Many years have passed and you're still on my mind
The purpose for me still being around I'm trying to find
The meaning to my fucked up life
Was having you right by my side
Tell me why you must be the same
That part of me is gone I completely changed
Lord knows that I'm trying my best
You just keep pushing me towards my death
Tell me why you must be the same
That part of me is gone I completely changed
Lord knows that I'm trying my best
You just keep pushing me towards my death
The lyrics to Sound's song "12" are about the pain of losing someone who couldn't see your worth and decided to leave you for something bigger. It tells the story of the singer who found out that the person he loved is leaving him to go back to a place that destroyed them. They would rather live in misery than staying with the singer who wanted something bigger than him. The singer is heartbroken and wonders why he had to find out in such a way. He misses the old times when the person he loved would tell him about their plans, but now they can't even stand the sight of him. The singer feels betrayed by the fact that he was willing to go to great lengths for a relationship that would end in such a bad way. The lyrics reveal the sadness, loneliness and desperation that comes after a break-up.
The singer tries desperately to move on, but the person he loves remains on his mind, continuing to push him towards his death. The line "you just keep pushing me towards my death" suggests that the person he loves is causing him so much hurt that he feels like his life is worthless. He tried to be there for them when he was down, but they never reciprocated. He couldn't see the real them that was put in front of him because the days were dark. The relationship had changed him fundamentally, and he wonders about the purpose of his "fucked up life" without the person he loved.
Overall, "12" deals with the pain of heartbreak and the struggle to move on. It highlights the feeling of inadequacy and betrayal when the person you love leaves you. The song is a poignant reminder to be grateful for the present and to appreciate the people who love you for who you are.

I have returned to the Animusic community to find Wayne nearly solo still working on Animusic 3, with so much going on in his life. This man is a trooper. This man is not backiing down. THIS MAN. IS A FUCKING LEGEND! Anyone who says otherwise about how hard he's working can get off this planet or rot in the fiery pits of hell.
@AhDollar
Wayne is too big brain for us mortals
@SlyHikari03
Yup.
@lemau8458
Uh no, Wayne isn't on the project anymore. David Crognale is the only one left and he's the last one working on Animusic 3.
@tsuzyx9672
@Le Mau Oh shit, you scared me for a second, XD. I almost thought the project was dead! Nah, I think you have your members turned around, good friend.
@lemau8458
@Tsuzyx nope
@drummachine434
Holy crap that is a lot of songs, no wonder it's taking Wayne 15+ years to make it. That's insane
