You Sexy Thing
Stereophonics Lyrics

Where you from, you sexy thing?
I believe in miracles
Since you came along, you sexy thing, oh
Where did you come from, baby?
How did you know I needed you?
How did you know I'd need you so badly?
Yesterday, I was one of the lonely people
Now you're lying close to me, making love to me
I believe in miracles
Where you from, you sexy thing?
(Sexy thing, you)
I believe in miracles
Since you came along, you sexy thing
Where did you come from, angel?
How did you know I'll be the one?
Did you know you're everything I prayed for?
Did you know, every night and day for?
Every day, needing love and satisfaction
Now you're lying next to me, giving it to me
I believe in miracles
Where you from, you sexy thing?
(Sexy thing, you)
I believe in miracles
Since you came along, you sexy thing, oh
How did you know I'd need you so badly?
How did you know I'd give my heart gladly?
Yesterday, I was one of the lonely people
Now you're lying close to me, making love to me
I believe in miracles
Where you from, you sexy thing?
(Sexy thing, you)
I believe in miracles
Since you came along, you sexy thing
Oh, kiss me, baby, you sexy thing
Oh, love me, baby, you sexy thing
C'mon, touch me, baby, you sexy thing
Oh, love me, baby, you sexy thing
The lyrics to Stereophonics' remake of the classic song "You Sexy Thing" are a love letter to a mysterious stranger who has come into the singer's life and turned it around. The lyrics express amazement and gratitude at the sudden appearance of this person, who seems almost too perfect to be true. The repeated refrain of "I believe in miracles" suggests that the singer sees this person as a miraculous gift, and they are overwhelmed by the happiness and fulfillment they now feel.
The verses of the song are full of questions, as the singer tries to understand how this person came into their life and how they knew exactly what the singer needed. The lines "Where did you come from, baby? / How did you know I needed you?" speak to the idea of fate and the sense that the singer's life was incomplete without their newly arrived partner. The lyrics also express a deep physical attraction, with lines like "Making love to me" and "Touch me, baby, you sexy thing" emphasizing the intense physical connection between the two people.
Overall, "You Sexy Thing" is a tribute to the transformative power of love and the awe-inspiring feeling of meeting someone who changes everything.

Me singing to my BIG, beautiful and delicious mug of coffee… NOT hot chocolate! Like the original artist.😆
This version is COOL! ✨{😎}✨
My coffeeeee really is the SEXIEST thing EVERRR! On the planet!! No lies. It smells and tastes like ecstasy, NOT the drug kind, but the overwhelming joy kind! 😀|💕 I do know where it’s from, though: Brazil, I think or maybe Columbia or… London? 🤔|🤔 NO that’s not right, is it? that’s TEA!! 😆
Anyway, wishing all a coffeelicious or hotchocolicious day! ☺️💕lol.
I’m off to finish each delightful sip I have left now and then start planning my trip to Brazil/Columbia. I’m so desperately in love with my coffee that I need to go live on the plantation where it’s grown! One cup is NOT enough, I need the ENTIRE PLANTATION! I’ll even work there for free… 😂😂😂
