They signed to Transatlantic Records in January 1970, delivering eight albums in seven years for the label. Iron Maiden covered 'All In Your Mind' on their single 'Holy Smoke'. Move On
Stray Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
Guess you'd better move on
You'd better hurry fast
There's a place that you can go to
You don't have to be asked
It's called a lunatic asylum
Where all 'the happies' go
Watching daisies as they grow
Move on, move on, move on, move on
Better move on baby
Better hurry fast
There's a place that you can go
You don't have to be asked
Get yourself together give yourself a chance
Then you'll have to find out
Baby you ain't mine
Move on, move on, move on, move on
The lyrics of Stray's song Move On present a message of moving past a relationship that has ended. The song tells the listener that they need to let go of their past love and move on with their life. It encourages them to hurry and leave their old life behind, because there's a new opportunity waiting for them. This opportunity is framed as a lunatic asylum, a place where "the happies" go, where one can escape from the pain and disappointment of their old relationship, and simply enjoy life.
The chorus repeatedly emphasizes the message of moving on, urging the listener to "move on, move on, move on" and get themselves together to give themselves a chance at a new life. The final line of the song, "Baby you ain't mine," is a blunt declaration that the relationship is over and they need to accept it and move forward.
Overall, the song is a rallying cry to those who have suffered heartbreak, encouraging them to embrace their future and leave their pain behind in order to find happiness again.

Radonjic Dragan comment > One of the best things of progressive music in the '70s. Very intense
performance, a guitar with the sound of your Jimi Hendrix music style. Such songs do not like and
do not compose anymore. The best rock musical period > 1969 - 73
