1. Jayceon Terrell Taylor (born November 29, 1979 in Compton, California, United States), better known by his stage name Game, formerly known as The Game, is an American Grammy Award winning gangsta rapper signed to Aftermath Entertainment through his own label Black Wall Street Records, with which he founded with his half brother Big Fase 100. He rose to fame in 2005 with the success of his debut album, The Documentary, and his two Grammy nominations. Since then he has released several other critically acclaimed albums, 2006's Doctor's Advocate and 2008's LAX. The RED Album was released August 23, 2011. All of his four albums debuted at #1 on the Billboard Top 100, and he is widely considered to be a driving force in bringing back the West Coast hip hop scene and competing with many of his East Coast counterparts.
Studying various influential rap albums, Game developed a strategy to become a rapper himself and with help from Big Fase, they founded The Black Wall Street Records. The label originally featured such artists as Glasses Malone, Vita, and Nu Jerzey Devil, along with Game himself. His stage name was coined by his grandmother. Game first gained prominence when he attended a hip-hop summit hosted by Russell Simmons and Louis Farrakhan, releasing his first mixtape You Know What It Is Vol. 1 in 2002, followed by a record deal with the independent label, Get Low Recordz owned by JT the Bigga Figga. Originally Sean Combs of Bad Boy Records was going to sign him to his label, but Game's mixtape found the attention of famed producer Dr. Dre, who signed him to Aftermath Entertainment in 2003. In October 2004, he released his first album Untold Story through Get Low Recordz, which sold over 82,000 copies within its first three months. The album featured artists like Sean T, Young Noble (of the Outlawz), and JT the Bigga Figga. Game also appeared on various mixtapes hosted by DJ's such as DJ Kayslay, DJ Whoo Kid, and DJ Clue. Game also released a second mixtape You Know What It Is Vol. 2 through his own record label and appeared on the video game NBA Live 2004 on a song produced by Fredwreck called "Can't Stop Me". On January 24th, 2011, he released a mixtape entitled, "Purp & Patron."

I'm in the house with my nigga Sauce Money
Memphis Bleek, holdin' it down from the East coast
And from the West, I got my nigga Game
All you bitch-ass niggaz, why all better fall the fuck back
why all know how this shit is about to go down
Yo homie, what's your name?
Listen up, this what I'm gon' do
I won't wait for you to get a lil' bigger
I hit you with the tec-9, lil' nigga
Look at him - red as a muh'fucker
Hah! Dead as a muh'fucker
Unassisted - aiyyo you shoulda
been there Bleek, too late, you missed it
Cock back my biscuit
Like a fat chick and chocolate, I can't resist it
Didn't believe you, so for your big ol' ego
I got a big ol' Eagle
Gotta give the people
not a fuckin chance to see you inside the sequel
Son I stay stuck in rude
So when they see me comin they like, "Damn, here come this fuckin dude!"
You know'm sayin Memph'?
Brooklyn what's up?
Got to take this shit back
Let's hit 'em with the hook son
Sawed-off shotgun, hand on the pump
Sippin that Arme', puffin on a blunt
All I know is my shit better bump
La la la la la-la la lah
What, yo yo
You know Bleek always smokin that "La La La" - you right
Groupies they be actin too crazy, tell 'em they too hype
They want leave with a G like Eas'
Educated the bullshit, got a degree in these streets
But I dare a nigga act all crazy
The tec'll tear his back all crazy
And you know I stay bent off the Arme'
Regardless if solo or I'm deep with my amry
I rep - straight from the jacked M-P
If I put the tec up I gotta tote the D.E
But wait! You know I'm ridin with Sauce
And we ridin this song from out the Robb Report
Dawg, I'm from the street, from the best I'm taught
I'll get your man tied and lost, fuck the cost
Got a couple of my killers who stand by
And I'm G-Force stat' nigga, never fly stand-by
Uhh, jeah, you know
Put this shit right back in the street, huh?
Brooklyn shit, Sauce
Let's bring the hook back, here we go yo
Dip through N-why, black Impala, matchin interior
Cali plates, I'm that serious
Niggas think the kid a joke
'til that .38-revolver spin like hundred spokes
Homie I bring the drama (drama)
Sleep on The Game and get left in wooden pajamas
Nigga I ain't easy son
But I break up rock/Roc like DipSet and M-Easy son
I'm a b L double O D
Hardest nigga since S N double O P
And all this beef got blood in my eye
Aftermath motherfucker, you could love it or die
Keep Dre name out your mouth boy
Or get your +Bones Crushed+ like them Dirty South boys
I'm a "Menace," fuck Kane and O-Dog
Since I was ten I had 'caine and O's, dawg
I ain't lyin (I ain't lyin')
They gave Eazy AIDS, so why should I give a FUCK about dyin'?
And the day Jay retire
I'ma park next to the throne, in a Maybach on gold wires, yeah
In the opening verse of The Game's song "Hands On The Pump," DJ KaySlay is introducing the lineup of artists on the track, including Sauce Money, Memphis Bleek, and The Game. The aggressive tone set by KaySlay calling out "bitch-ass niggaz" indicates a warning for those who may not be ready for what's about to go down. The mention of holding it down from both the East Coast and the West Coast suggests a unity among the artists in representing their respective regions.
Sauce Money steps in with his verse, where he asserts his prowess and readiness to take down any opposition. He talks about not waiting for anyone to get bigger before striking, as he is quick to act and eliminate threats with a tec-9. The imagery of his target being red and dead emphasizes the violence and finality of his actions. The reference to a fat chick and chocolate indicates his inability to resist taking action, showcasing his determination and lack of hesitation in his approach.
Memphis Bleek follows with his verse, mentioning his affinity for "La La La" and addressing groupies who are overly eager. Bleek asserts his street credentials and willingness to use violence to defend himself. The mention of being backed by his crew and staying ready with weapons like the tec and the D.E. reinforces his commitment to his lifestyle and loyalty to his associates. The hook emphasizes the readiness to take action with a sawed-off shotgun and hand on the pump, creating a sense of tension and urgency.
The Game closes out the track with a strong verse showcasing his confidence and aggression. He references his willingness to bring drama and the consequences for underestimating him. The mention of breaking up rock/Roc like DipSet and M-Easy highlights his boldness and impact in the rap game. The references to Eazy-E and Jay-Z bring in elements of hip-hop history and legacy, with The Game positioning himself as a force to be reckoned with. The imagery of parking next to the throne in a Maybach on gold wires symbolizes his aspirations for greatness and dominance in the rap industry.
