Kung Fu Girls (Norwegian band)
Kung Fu Girls released two albums, ‘This Is the Kung Fu Beat” (1993) and ‘Puzzle’ (1995). The band emerged from the same scene that has given us successful acts like Gluecifer and Turbonegro, and also faves like Astroburger and Anal Babes. Kung Fu Girls were inspired by fuzz pop and punk rock, and also made sure to add a dash of surf. In other words, this sweet as sugar for anyone hooked on acts like Buzzcocks, Blondie, or Lemonheads.
