(1) - The Spectres take rock & roll and strip away all the extraneous junk: no choirs, no orchestras, no extended dance remixes. They boil down raw rockabilly, fuzz-bomb garage punk, and speed-addled surf n' drag into a butt-kickin' elixir of prime-evil, gutbucket rock & roll.
The Spectres started annoying neighbors with their unholy racket in early '97, and shortly after started making a name for themselves in any old dive that would have them. They've since managed to play countless shows all over the country with such like-minded bands as Demented Are Go, Hayride To Hell, Godless Wicked Creeps, Deadbolt, Twistin' Tarantulas, and Barnyard Ballers.
(2) - The Spectres were a groovy female-fronted band from the Wirral.
Cheryl Doyle - Vocals
Christopher Pickering - Guitar
Liam Power - Guitar
Nick Pickering - Drums
Steven Campbell - Bass
(3) - The Spectres (previously The Scorpions) were an early incarnation of what would later become Status Quo, rendered immortal with their psychedelic hit "Pictures of Matchstick Men." They began writing their own material, and later that year met Rick Parfitt who was playing with a cabaret band called The Highlights. By the end of 1965, Rossi and Parfitt made a commitment to continue working together. On 18 July 1966, the Spectres signed a five-year deal with Piccadilly Records, releasing two singles that year, "Hurdy Gurdy Man" (written by Alan Lancaster) and "I (Who Have Nothing)", and one the next year called "(We Ain't Got) Nothin' Yet" (a song originally recorded by New York psychedelic band the Blues Magoos). By 1967, the group had discovered psychedelia and named themselves Traffic, but were soon forced to change it to Traffic Jam to avoid confusion with Steve Winwood's Traffic, following an argument over who had registered the name first. Shortly after Parfitt's recruitment, in August 1967, the band officially became The Status Quo.
(4) - The Spectres was a band formed by Brett Michaels (ex-Laser) and Rikki Rockett in 1979. This band became Paris in 1980 and eventually Poison in 1983.

You're interfering with my life
Day and night, all the time, leave me alone
Neighbor, neighbor, don't worry what goes on in my home
You're always looking for something to gossip about
You run around from door to door
Rolling your mouth about things you don't know
Neighbor, neighbor, don't you worry what goes on in my home
Just leave me alone
Neighbor, neighbor, don't worry how I treat my wife
You're tellin' everybody if we fuss and fight every night, well, it ain't right
You've got your troubles, my troubles too
Somethin' bad's gonna happen to you
Neighbor, neighbor, don't worry what goes on in my home
Just leave me alone
Day and night, all the time, yeah
Neighbor, neighbor, don't worry who knocks on my front door
You're walkin' and talkin' and pacin' all over the floor
You peepin', sleepin', through the hall
Keeping your big ears glued to my wall
Neighbor, neighbor, don't worry what goes on in my home
You know it's true, baby
You're interfering with my life, leave me alone neighbor
Leave me alone, you go your way and I'll go mine, do ya hear?
You're so unrespecting
The Spectres' song "Neighbour Neighbour" is a soulful, groovy track that addresses a particularly annoying type of person - the nosy neighbor. The lyrics are straightforward and clear, with the singer expressing frustration over the neighbor's constant meddling in their personal life. The chorus repeats the line "Neighbor, neighbor, don't worry what goes on in my home" and makes it clear that the singer just wants to be left alone.
The verse builds on this theme, with the singer accusing the neighbor of gossiping, spreading false rumors about their marriage, and, worst of all, eavesdropping on their conversations through the wall. There is an air of menace as the singer warns the neighbor that "somethin' bad's gonna happen to you" if they keep up their intrusive behavior.
Overall, "Neighbour Neighbour" is a catchy, upbeat tune that manages to convey a universal frustration in a fun and danceable way. It shows just how powerful music can be when it comes to expressing our emotions and calling out bad behavior.
