Yes, I believe he is. Although it was written by Ernie Smith, I don't think he recorded it himself until sometime later and I don't think it can be found anywhere except on Ernie's Album "After 30 Years - Life Is Just For Living". However, as always in the labyrynth of Jamaican recording history, I could be wrong. 🤔
