The lyrics of Urgehal's song Risus Sardonius depict an individual indulging in perverse and blasphemous acts, defying the norms of Christian morality. The first verse begins with the singer engaging in self-desecration while masturbating, an act deemed immoral by Christian standards. He tramples down the cross and spits upon it, symbolically rejecting the faith he is supposed to uphold. Instead, he reaches out to the "morbid master" who shuts the prayer- possibly referring to Satan or some other demonic figure.
In the second verse, the singer revels in the darkness of the human mind, embracing filth and sickness. He glorifies a life of decadence, lies, and blasphemy- values that are diametrically opposed to the teachings of Christianity. The lines, "Perversity of the absence of purity, and purgatory in the ashes of paradise" suggest a longing for a world devoid of moral codes and conventions, where one can indulge in their wildest and most taboo desires. The mention of the serpent rising from the Garden of Eden is a nod to the biblical story of Adam and Eve, and the fall of humanity from grace.
The third verse takes an even more disturbing turn, depicting the singer engaging in sexual acts of increasing depravity. He worships the "Mother of Harlots," a reference to the Whore of Babylon mentioned in the Book of Revelation. The singer takes pleasure in violating a woman's body, both sexually and violently, ultimately killing her. The lyrics paint a picture of utter depravity and moral decay, glorifying acts that are taboo and abhorrent.

This is a reference to the fact that those with extreme desires and depraved minds are drawn to the darkest and most disturbing depths of humanity.

The fall from grace and the loss of paradise ultimately leads to a state of purgatory.
As the serpent rises from the Garden of Eden, I erect,
Just as the serpent tempted Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden, I too am driven by a desire to fulfil my sinful desires.
Like the daggers of this sacrifice. (Yet to be unveiled.)
This is potentially a reference to the sacrificial nature of my actions, with each depraved choice building towards a larger, more devastating endgame.

I address the queen of all harlots.
and abominations of the earth.
This queen is the embodiment of all that is vile, repulsive and unacceptable in the world.

This girl is a victim chosen by the queen of harlots.

I took control over her, dominating and manipulating her.

This describes the perverse and depraved acts I inflict on her, using every part of her body for my own pleasure.

This is a reference to the potential pregnancy of the victim.
