The devastation was so immense that death would come in the form of drowning in a watery grave.

Demise - immortals to die
Even the immortals, who were once thought to be invincible, would eventually meet their demise.

After the fall

Atlantis sunk not killing them all
Atlantis sunk, but not everyone was killed. Some were able to escape and continue on with their lives.

Lords of foresight did flee
Those who were able to predict the disaster in advance fled and survived.

Knowledge gathered aeons old
The survivors were able to gather knowledge that was aeons old and preserve it for future generations.

Preserve all illuminated lore
The survivors made sure to preserve all of the knowledge and wisdom they had acquired and pass it down for future generations to learn from.

The survivors traveled on ships that were powered by mystic arts.

The survivors were known as the children of the sun due to their ancestry.

The survivors crossed the oceans in both the East and West directions on their journey.

They were in search of lands that had been chosen for them.

They wanted to use their knowledge to guide the human race and to help them learn from their mistakes.

Welcome magical fleet
The survivors were welcomed when they arrived with their magical fleet.

The survivors were believed to be of heavenly origin by some.

Others believed that the survivors were simply earthly beings.

Some considered the survivors to be the distant descendants of demons.

And still others considered them to be simply human.

Wherever they go, civilization will grow

The survivors would be revered as figures of awe and some would even consider them to be gods.
