Tell me, baby, you got me, no fighting
I'm not looking for your love, I'm honest
I just want a piece of that, yeah yeah
Touch your body, make a movie tonight
I don't need your love
I just want your body pulling on me (pulling)
If I dey with you
I just want your body pulling on me (pulling)
Ignite it
I'm gonna put it deep, deep, deep, yeah
Don't fight it
I'm gonna put it deep, deep, deep, yeah
I know, see the baby make me feel alright
See the gbedu make me go all night
Mad things I dey feel tonight
Say na you I want, baby, make he no long
Make you tell me wetin dey your mind
Girl, I go ride for you, ride for me, baby

I'm gonna put it deep, deep, deep, yeah
Touch your body, make a movie tonight
The lyrics of Wizkid's song "Deep" convey a straightforward message about his desire for physical intimacy without the need for emotional attachment. In the first verse, Wizkid urges the listener to let go of inhibitions and surrender to the rhythm. He emphasizes that he is not seeking love, but rather desires only a physical encounter with the person.
The chorus continues to reinforce this sentiment. Wizkid sings about wanting to touch the listener's body and create a memorable experience like a movie, without needing their love or emotional commitment. He only desires their physical presence and the sensation of their body pulling on him.
The second verse indicates that Wizkid is aware of the pleasure the other person brings him, both physically and musically. The mention of "gbedu" (a Nigerian term for rhythm) suggests that the music enhances the experience. The lyrics imply that the connection he has with the listener surpasses conventional norms, as he states that he wants them without any delay or hesitation. He also expresses his willingness to dedicate himself to the person, suggesting loyalty and a willingness to go the extra mile for them.
The chorus is then repeated to reiterate the desire for physical closeness and the intent to dive deep into the experience. The final line suggests the idea of making a memorable moment together, akin to creating a movie, highlighting the temporary nature of their interaction.
Overall, the lyrics of "Deep" by Wizkid revolve around the desire for physical pleasure without emotional attachment. The song presents a straightforward and explicit expression of the artist's desires, with an emphasis on the physical sensations and a freedom from the constraints of emotional intimacy.
