Overall Meaning

The song "Story 2" by Clipping is a tragic story of a man named Mike Winfield who is trying to make his way home from the bar where he works. So here's what I think is going on (only giving it a go because I've heard, understood, and transcribed Zappa time signatures like 19/16 [Keep It Greasy] and 30/16 [Teen-Age Wind]):
